A Trio of Birthday Cards with Jessica!

Our sweet Fawny, Jessica created an adorable birthday card design to celebrate the birthday of a set of triplets! She kept the design simple with a lot of happy sparkle!

Jess started by blending Distress ink on three panels in Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac and Twisted Citron! Then she added some detail by die cutting them with an Outside In Stitched Rectangle and adding Just Stitching Double Circles!

Next she die cut Outside In Stitched Star Stackables from gold glitter cardstock and Scripty Happy from Black Licorice cardstock. She stamped the images from Birthday Before ‘n Afters with Jet Black ink and colored them with Copic markers then cut them out using the coordinating dies. Then she stamped the sentiments before using Glue Tube and foam squares to assemble all the elements!

Jess added another cute Birthday Before ‘n Afters image on the inside of the card along with a Stitched Gift Card Pocket cut from vellum cardstock to hold a special gift card!

Thank you for sharing this super fun birthday card design with us today, Jess!

A Yummy Fall Card with Yainea!

We had so much fun sharing holiday inspiration and ideas with you during Fawny Holiday Week! Thank you so much for sharing your holiday favorites with us! Today is the last day to leave comments on all of the Fawny Holiday Week posts to be entered in the daily giveaways. We will announce the winners tomorrow right here on the blog!

Yainea has a super adorable card to share today that reminds us that there is still time to enjoy the fun and yummy flavors of Fall!

Yainea’s collage-style design starts with an artfully inked and splattered background that has Just Stitching Double Circle detail to frame the mug of pumpkin spice goodness from Thanks a Latte! I love how she just colored the creamy beverage inside the mug and left the mug and whipped topping white!

The mug is layered with a doily, a strip of Woodgrain cardstock and some Stitched Leaves cut from Fall Fling 6×6 paper in a pretty arrangement! The greeting combines sentiments from Mice on Ice, Pumpkin Spice and a masked word from Simply Celebrate Winter. I love that she used Pumpkin Spice ink to stamp the corresponding phrase. The word happy from Mice on Ice is white-embossed on vellum then die cut with the coordinating die.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful Fall inspiration with us today, Yainea! I think I’ll have a pumpkin spice latte today!

I just love how Chari created the cool blue and green background as a complement to the orange sky in the Spooky Village circle scenes! The fun sentiment is found in our Pick of the Patch set!

The Just Stitching Double Circles add lots of fun in the background! Chari stepped up the design by using varying sizes and having them overlap!

Thank you Chari for this great video tutorial! It’s so fun to see how this amazing card came together!
