Lawn Fawn Video {7.21.22} Marine’s Rainbow Christmas Shaker Card

Marine continues her Christmas in July series with a charming rainbow shaker card! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Marine created the rainbow background with Stitched Snowflake Backdrop and Distress Oxide ink blending! She used vellum to add softness to the shaker window. And then to finish the shaker she added a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame.

Marine used mice from Just Add Glitter, A Creature was Stirring and Love Poems. She colored all the images in bright and cheery colors. The greeting is Scripty Sweet and a sentiment from Offset Sayings: Christmas.

Thank you so much for this delightful inspiration, Marine!

Lawn Fawn Video {6.10.21} Marine’s Fun Office Party Birthday Card

Hi Friends! Here we have a little sneak peak of fun new product coming soon, and a special date to mark on your calendar! July 10, save the date for another Create with Us (with Kelly Marie and Jenn!) live event with a new tropical themed set, Toucan Do It! We will share more details as the date approaches! Inspiration Week starts June 16th!

For today’s video, our creative scene maker, Marine imagined an office birthday party at Lawn Fawn HQ! She’s not far from the actual fun we have! You can watch her create this happy card below or click HERE to watch the video tutorial at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching! I hope you enjoyed the video!

Marine envisioned our Fawnies celebrating a birthday in the office with a desk chair race! It does look like lots of fun! I love all the colors she used and the festive banners to set the scene!

As she likes to do, Marine combined lots of sets! She used Virtual Friends for the computers and Virtual Friends Add-On for the office chairs and accessories. The desks and lamp are from You’re Just My Type. The Fawnies are characters from Screen Time and Bicycle Built for You. Then she searched through her stash for all those little images that add the fun details!

To add the sentiment from Scootin’ By, Marine white embossed it on a long strip of vellum. Then she attached it with adhesive on the back side.

Thank you so much for this super cute inspiration, Marine! You may have given me some ideas for the next office birthday party!

Jenn’s Clever Love Poems Card

Jenn joins us today with an adorable card featuring Love Poems and Oliver’s Stitched ABCs!

I love how Jenn used the “typing paper” in a fun new way to create a banner for her greeting! She combined Oliver’s Stitched ABCs with sentiments from Love Poems and Sweet Friends!

Jenn inked the die cut letters with Bubblegum and Lobster inks to give them a fun ombré look. Then she added some Prisma Glitter for a bit of sparkly sweetness!

The background was inked using Distress Ink in Spun Sugar to give it a great watercolor look! If you want to learn more about creating fun and beautiful inked backgrounds, check out Jenn’s new online class. You’ll find details HERE.

Thanks so much for inspiring us today, Jenn! This card is so sweet!
