Lawn Fawn Video {5.31.25} Samantha’s Squirrely Peekaboo Pop-Up Scene Card

Happy Saturday, friends! Samantha is with us today to share a fun and squirrely interactive card! She used Backyard Bird Feeder, Let’s Go Nuts and Peekaboo Pop-Up! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Samantha created a pretty backdrop for her clever interactive scene using an inky Grassy Border and Cloud Background Stencils with Stencil Paste in white. She stamped and colored all the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and cut them out using the coordinating Lawn Cuts dies. She used the squirrel and tree branches from Backyard Bird Feeder and another squirrel and bird feeder from Backyard Bird Feeder Add-On.

Then she assembled the Peekaboo Pop-Up and arranged the adorable scene filled with Let’s Go Nuts squirrels! When you pull the card open, one intrepid little squirrel leaps up onto the bird feeder! So clever!

Thank you so much for this delightful inspiration, Samantha!

Woohoo! Our 15th birthday celebration continues through the end of the month with a special Birthday Sale for you! Take 15% off with code 15FOR15 now through March 31 at lawnfawn.com! Happy shopping!

Joy joins us today to share the sweetest interactive Easter Card! The bunnies from Build-A-Bunny are in the garden collecting all the carrots in her charming Peekaboo Pop-Up scene! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching Joy’s inspiring tutorial!

Joy’s absolutely adorable Easter card scene uses stencils and die cuts to create a layered garden. She created the carrot patch with Stitched Garden Border and a Grassy Hillside Border, cutting them both from the Peekaboo Pop-Up main die piece. And then she added a Grassy Hillside stenciled on a panel in the background. I just love how she filled the garden with the carrots!

Next, she assembled the pop-up element before finishing her design with Build-A-Bunny and Build-A-Bunny Accessories. How cute is the bunny bum as this little cottontail roots around for more carrots!

Be sure to watch Joy’s tutorial to see how this fun interactive design comes together. And for even more Peekaboo Pop-Up inspiration, check out the YouTube playlist HERE.

I love this adorable pop-up scene so much, Joy! Thank you for sharing with us!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.21.24} Samantha’s Kanga-rrific Peekaboo Pop-Up

Samantha is back with another brilliant interactive card! This time she chose Peekaboo Pop-Up with some cute kangaroos! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching! I hope you are inspired!

The Peekaboo Pop-Up set creates an interactive scene which pops up to reveal more fun! Samantha filled the scene using Kanga-rrific and Kanga-rrific Add-On. She also included the large rock from Mermaid for You. She stamped then colored all the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.

When the card opens, another cute kangaroo pops-up! And a little kookaburra is now visible in the tree too! Samantha inked the background with Distress inks creating a beautiful blue sky and an ink splattered hillside. She also added an inky Grassy Border.

As a finishing touch, she white embossed the cheery greeting directly on the background! The white sentiment pops against the inky blue sky!

Thank you so much for Samantha for creating this fun card! The Peekaboo Pop-Up is one of my favorites!
