Lawn Fawn Video {4.27.23} Mindy’s Beautiful Secret Garden Window Shaker Card

We have simply lovely inspiration for you today! Mindy is back with another creative card design! This time she shows us how to use Secret Garden Window to make a shaker card. You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

This is such a beautiful design and really so simple to create! Mindy used just the flower window from the Secret Garden Window set, coloring the flowers and leaves with alcohol markers. Then she added acetate behind the window before popping it up on foam tape. She inked another panel with Wilted Lilac and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink as a soft background.

I love the little bits of sparkle Mindy added to the flowers and leaves to go with the glittery stars inside the shaker window! The little Dandy Day Flip-Flop mouse and dandelion add just the right amount of sweetness.

Thank you so much for inspiring us today, Mindy! Your shaker window card is so sweet!

A Beautiful Secret Garden Window Card with Karin

Karin created a beautiful card inspired by the current Lawn Fawnatics Color Inspiration challenge. We would love to have you join us for this colorful challenge at Lawn Fawnatics, click HERE.

I love how Karin inked the background in a beautifully blended ombré. It is stunning behind the white Secret Garden Window! This could be a perfect wedding card with the Wavy Sayings sentiment on the Fancy Wavy Banner!

Karin inked the birds, leaves and branches from Center Picture Window Card Heart Add-On with more challenge colors. They look so sweet framed inside the window!

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely card with us, Karin!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.8.23} Christy’s Darling Daffodils Birthday Card

Happy Saturday, friends! Today Christy joins us to share another lovely card design! She used Darling Daffodils to make a special birthday card for her grandmother. You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching, I hope you are inspired!

Christy die cut the Darling Daffodils using cardstock in Sticky Note, Fake Tan and Cilantro for leaves. She also cut the little flowers from Zesty Lemon in Moonstone to resemble forget-me-nots. Then using Distress Oxide inks she added shading to all the pieces to give them depth.

Next, she die-cut the Secret Garden Window arch from What’s Sewing On paper and arranged the flowers in the window. She finished this special card with a Magic Messages birthday greeting and a sweet sentiment inside!

I absolutely love this beautiful card, Christy! Thank you so much for the inspiration!
