The sun rises on a brand-new year with Jessica‘s clever pull-tab card! She featured the cute Critter Conversation Hearts in her sunny design!

Jess created this sunshiny scene with Cloudy Stencil, Simple Puffy Cloud Frames, Grassy Border and flowers from Tree House and Build-A-Greenhouse. She combined green Favorite Flannel paper with green Texture Dot cardstock from the Tropical pack.

Then she crafted the rising sun from Spring Showers using Let’s Toast Pull-Tab Add-On. As the tab is pulled the new year greeting from Winter Wavy Sayings comes into view!

And of course, those adorable Critter Conversation Hearts remind us of the new year to come, with numbers stamped using Henry Jr.’s ABCs.

Lawn Fawn Video {2.4.20} A Rainbow Heart Background with Mindy

Mindy created a bright and vibrant rainbow heart-shaped background for her adorable You’re Just My Type card! In her video tutorial she demonstrates how to use masking to make the ink-blended design! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Mindy’s beautifully masked and ink-blended heart has so much visual impact! She used the largest of the Outside In Stitched Heart Stackables to die cut the masking paper then she used it to blend a rainbow of Distress ink in Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron and Salty Ocean.

Mindy stamped the You’re Just My Type images with Jet Black ink which is Copic marker friendly, then she filled in the images with wonderful color and shading! I love how she added the Simple Puffy Cloud Frames in Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock along with Liquid Stardust splatters for lots of glitz and glitter! She white heat embossed the sentiment from Love Poems on a Simple Wavy Banner!

Sweet Cards for Special Occassions by Ivy!

Ivy joins us today to share two sweet cards, one for a wedding and another for a baby shower! Ivy added her simple and charming style to these adorable card designs!

Ivy was inspired by Lynette’s ornament card using the Gift Box die to make a shadow box style wedding card! She cut the window in the box using Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Stackables. The creamy white Knit Picky paper creates an elegant window for the cute Happy Wedding cake and couple! This card was for a music teacher so Ivy added the cute music note banner! The banner dies are part of our Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up die set.

Ivy created a personalized card in happy colors to welcome a co-workers new baby!

Ivy found her inspiration in the bright baby sleeper! She used the Rainbow die with a rainbow of Lawn Fawn cardstock! The clouds are die cut with Simple Puffy Clouds and Simple Puffy Cloud Frames. Finley’s ABCs adds the personal touch!
