Joyce’s Perfect Summer Day with Whoosh, Kites!


Joyce paired Whoosh, Kites! with Crazy Antics to create a perfect summery scene!


Joyce blended Distress Oxide inks Prize Ribbon and Salty Ocean to create an amazing clear blue summer sky! Then she added Lucky Clover oxide ink to add shading to layers of Grassy Borders cut from Cilantro cardstock. She then white embossed her sentiment directly in the sky, leaving room for a kite and butterfly.


Next, she colored all the cute images from Whoosh, Kites! and Crazy Antics before assembling them in a super cute summery scene!

Christy chose yummy ice cream flavors strawberry, vanilla and mint chocolate chip as color inspiration for this summery birthday design! She started by stenciling a simple background with Cloudy Stencil and Grassy Stencil.


In Christy’s delightful scene, the Whoosh Kites mice look right at home with the Treat Cart and all the delicious frosty treats!

Franci’s Cute Whoosh, Kites! Tags


Franci created two adorable Whoosh, Kites! scenes to fill a fun circle shape! They are perfect for tags or mini cards!


Franci built her adorable little Whoosh, Kites! scenes on Circle Stackables bases. She used the grass from Shadow Box Card Park Add-On to ground the scenes. And then she layered them on Scalloped Circle Stackables cut from Pint-Sized Patterns Summertime petite paper.


There’s so much cuteness in these little scenes! I love that she used Turquoise Hemp Twine for the kite strings, it’s such a clever detail!
