So my procedure went well. The doctor didn’t see anything obviously wrong, but he took some biopsies of my stomach and intestines to see if there is something going on. He did this as a precaution, but he thinks that everything will come out negative. Of course this leaves a huge question … what is wrong with me? I am still uncomfortable, but I think the pain is a bit better. I just keep hoping it will go away. I was able to get some work done today, which made me feel a little less guilty. Now I plan on taking it easy tonight and watching Dancing with the Stars, American Idol and House with the hubs. Speaking of my Mike, he has been amazing. He even stayed with me during the procedure when I was knocked out. He is a super man and the sweetest guy I know. I am definitely lucky to have him :).

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #5
So, tomorrow I am going in for a diagnostic procedure. I’ll be put under that twilight anesthesia. Hopefully after that I will know more about what is wrong. I want to thank you guys so much for all of your well wishes. I can’t tell you how much it means to me.
I used raspberry fizz card stock, and I clear embossed polka dots from polka dot basics on to it.
I used my quickutz silhouette to cut out the hibiscus (medium pink) piece. I decided to use the negative of my thought bubble to try something different. I backed it with some white card stock and stamped my sentiment in the dark grey color.
Another cutie from my cute stamps! I decided to give this elephant raspberry fizz (bright pink) polka dots while outlining him in dark grey. Who wouldn’t want to see a hot pink polka dotted elephant?! 🙂
I made a dark grey scalloped border for my medium pink piece by coloring white card stock with a copic marker.
Color Inspiration Challenge #51
I just love these challenges! I decided to make a card for my wonderful friends D & M’s little girl. She is the cutest thing ever! I thought these colors were perfect for a sweet little girl. Here is the challenge:
I made this circle card using my quickutz silhouette and Kristina Werner’s card shapes from Two Peas. I love circle cards!
The mustard circular frame was dry embossed with the swiss dots cuttlebug folder. I love that thing!
I used alphabet sets from Making Memories and Papertrey Ink to make my sentiment. I thought she might recognize her name and numbers, so that was more fun than “happy birthday”!
The monkey is from My Cute Stamps. I colored them in with copics and popped them up on foam dimensionals. I really wanted it to look like they were “monkeying around”.
