This window is also the perfect size for Build-A-Birdhouse and Build-A-Birdhouse Christmas Add-On to help create a frosty winter scene.

Design Team Inspiration

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end to share lots of fun ways to use these new sets! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details! And leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

Megan filled her Winter Wonderland Window with a sweet scene featuring Winter Birds and it’s so adorable! To create some sparkle, she chose Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock to cut the snowflake bordered window. Then she white embossed the pretty Merry Christmas from Joy to the Woods.

Latisha‘s design is so bright and full of cheer! She colored the houses from Simply Celebrate Winter in whimsical rainbow colors, then she added a happy sentiment from Simply Winter Sentiments.

Grace used the Winter Wonderland Window to make an adorable pair of shaped shaker cards! For each card she cut three windows, cutting the snowflake frame from one. She also cut one of the windows from acetate. Then she created the cute wintry scenes with Beary Happy Holidays for inside the shaker windows! And she stamped a greeting on the third window before attaching it to the shaker.

The super cute Build-A-Snowman is so perfect for the Winter Wonderland Window! Tammy took her window to another level, making it a snow globe by adding the woodgrain base. The sentiment comes from Ready Set Snow, but check out Ready Set Shake for more sentiment ideas!

Send “Season’s Tweetings” with Elena‘s lovely Winter Wonderland Window design! She created the sweet scene with Winter Birds, Winter Birds Add-On and also a string of lights from Furry and Bright!

Caly‘s purple and blue creation is so beautiful and fun with the Here We Go A-Waddling carolers!

Lynnette created a holiday scene that is so cute to glimpse through the snowflake window! She combined Tiny Winter Friends and Winter Village and then she added the Let it Snow Border as a greeting!

Audrey loves her snowmen and this Build-A-Snowman is so adorable! She used black gems for the eyes and buttons so they resemble coal. She added even more fun with a super cute background with Itsy Bitsy Polka Backdrop!

Elise‘s pretty design features the cuddling bears from Winter Skies! They fit so nicely in the Winter Wonderland Window to create a fun and frosty winter scene! I love how the Winter Big Scripty Words matches the bear’s scarf hot foiled in shiny teal!

Latisha‘s design is so clever combining Spooky Forest Backdrop with Winter Wonderland Window. I love how she framed the Christmas Before ‘n Afters mice with all the layers of Favorite Flannel papers!

  1. I’ll probably make one with the die cut snowman, another one with winter skies, merry mice, etc…, any of the Christmas sets that I own. I like that it is a different size and can be layered with the secret garden dies.

  2. sooooo many possibilities, maybe the mice, critters having a snowball fight or ugly and bright showing off their cute holiday sweaters… I envision a lot of LF wintery scenes going on behind this super USEFUL die!!!!

  3. The baking mice could be cute. Also, I think you could make a valentine card with the skunks (in MI, there is snow in February).

  4. The Favorite Flannels papers are so gorgeous!
I think I’d pair the window with the tree-decorating mice from a Merry Mice. 🎄

  5. I love this winter window! The only reason I love winter is because I can enjoy it from the inside of my cozy home and looking out our big living room window! I would use Winter Village to create a whimsical scene!

  6. I thought of two… looking inside to a hearth and Christmas tree or looking outside to rolling hills and woods and maybe bringing home a Christmas tree…

  7. Standing outside the house, looking in at a Christmas tree…
Or being inside looking out on the new pretty birds….!
    It’s so cute!!

  8. I would like to create a scene with a snowy Christmas tree, as if you are looking out the window from a cozy cabin. The tree would be decorated, and maybe even have some Chibi lights!

  9. This calls out for a snowman scene so I would likely do that along with some woodland creatures. I love the squirrels so those would be in the scene for sure!

  10. Winter Wonderland and Build-a-Snowman would be my pairing, especially since I have about 10 snowmen completed, ready to find a new home on a card. Fabulous inspiration once again from the design team.

  11. I love this new Winter Wonderland window. I love the scene with the critter couple together looking at the sky. That would probably be the first scene I’d create. I might also try to do an outside looking in scene with a cozy kitchen scene with baking mice.

  12. An ice skating scene with the mice would be so cute! It would also be fun to do a scene with Santa and his sleigh flying over a village.

  13. Since the bats are my new favorite, I would use the bats somehow in the scene. I think it would turn out the cutest of course ✌🏽

  14. Love the birds in the window but I think the penguins carolling would be cute as well, well any snow scene using Lawn Fawn would be cute!

  15. My daughter just got this winter window scene and I’m so excited. There are so many things you can do with it….bears in the den comes to mind.

  16. I think it would be super cute to create a double sided window. One dude could have the adorable bear cubs playing outside in the snow and the other could be Daddy Bear sleeping or Mommy Bear knitting inside.

  17. I would have mice building a snowman or decorating a tree…or, penguins sliding in the snow! This frame is so cute, it reminds me of a snow globe. 😊

  18. I love this little window. I think I would create a little winter birthday scene using some wintery critters and then all the birthday trappings.

  19. I would probably use the build a birdhouse or I would use the joy to all stamp set and the couch from the window scene to really create a big christmas scene!

  20. Thank you thank you for all the fun and cuteness. I need more hours in the day to craft as much as I would like. So many great ideas and not enough time.

  21. Mice building a snowman or other critters sledding and playing in the snow outside. Would be cute to put a nativity set in too if you come out with one. Maybe even critters dressed up like in a play as nativity?

  22. Beautiful cards – so much inspiration!! I would build a scene from inside looking out – snow covered tree background with falling snow and deer.

  23. Love the new window! So many cozy scenes to make with it! Think I would start by making an ice skating scene with the Mine on Ice set!

  24. I adore the snowmen in the window idea. I’ll probably use the window to create some sweet penguin scenes for my co-workers (our mascot is a penguin). Although I think the fox from Into the Woods would really look awesome framed with this window too.

  25. Love the winter wonderland window. Endless possibilities to make scenes with this die! I can picture critters decorating a Christmas tree. 🙂

  26. I love dies like the wonderland die because they’re so many uses for it. Snowmen, birds, sled scenes and penguins to name a few.

  27. Love this new Winter Wonderland Window soooo much! It looks really useful! I would for sure use it with Den Sweet Den bears and Scent With Love skunks plus critters from whichever new sets I pick up next. I love the cards the DT made with this set — so much fantastic inspiration! Oh, no wonder you call it “Inspiration Week” :D.

  28. I make cards for my daughter to send each year and I think I’m going to make this with a Papa bird, Mama bird and 2 little birds for my granddaughters.

  29. Wow. I love the new window surrounded by snowflakes. The scene I’d like to build in it, is my little car, piled high with luggage and a surfboard—because I know as winter closes in, I’ll be wishing for more summer fun. Ha ha ha!

  30. I am loving Audrey’s card with the Build a Snowman set, so that’s a good starting point (since I already have that set.) Then I am thinking a little scene with a Christmas tree.

  31. I love how you’ve shown so many ways to incorporate both old and new sets to make a ton of adorable cards! I love how you can use the arch by itself or with the snow flurries. Strong work Lawn Fawn!

  32. I think I’d have to go with a dog’s Christmas scene. I was fortunate to be able to pick up the Lawn Fawn collaboration set with Simon Says Stamp for STAMPtember and the little dog house with the Christmas lights and the Furry and Bright dog with more lights in his mouth (decorating this place) just sounds so cute!

  33. I love the winter skies with this window- with a nice frosty edge it would make the perfect Christmas card OR a fun welcome to winter card. So many possibilities

  34. I would love to create a scene using some of my “village” stamps in the Winter Wonderland Window. I love that series and this would be a new fun way to use those stamps!

  35. I am so excited to use this in the upcoming Create with Us and Jenn’s holiday class! My homework is done for both (yahoo). So my answer right now is whatever we make in the upcoming classes is what I want to make with them.

  36. There are endless possibilities – I love items like this that are so flexible. So many of the LF critters would look cute with this.

  37. I would make a scene with a bunch of Tiny Friends / Tiny Winter Friends gathered in the town square for a tree lighting ceremony, with a big Christmas tree.

  38. I for a scene put the micewith a snow ball fight, or winter scene with smaller animals and the winterbirds decorating a tree for Christmas, add squirrels too!

  39. The winter wonderland window is so versatile I think I would use some mice and make something with the paper airplanes and some snowflakes ❄️

  40. I love the winter wonderland window! The cards displayed here are so awesome! I think I would create a fun scene using the snowmen from Making Frosty Friends. I really love those snowmen! They’re so cute!!!

  41. I need to make a scene using this and tiny winter friends, making the sleigh and reindeer fly through the sky behind the window, with snow falling as a shaker element!

  42. Looking out the window I would use the winter birds as they are so cute. Looking into the window (as in home) I would use the baking mice preparing some goodies for Christmas.

  43. I am really enjoying all these Lawn Fawn videos! The inspiration is great! Thanks to all the artists as well as the team. It is so cool that all of the LF stamps and dies work together. That gives you so many design options. Can’t wait to get some of these new stamps and dies!

  44. Definitely with reindeer and Christmas tree in the woods! I bought birds stamp set, too, and DT gave me the idea, so I try to make the one with those birds, my way, too! Such a nice die set! <3

  45. I definitely am making a Winter Birds scene using this Winter Wonderland Window die. I’m also looking forward to Lawn Fawns next Create With Us online class with Kelly and Jenn. They are using this die! Yeah! 🥰

  46. That scene will have lots of birds and snow. My favorite scene looking out my window on a snowy day is bird TV at the feeders.

  47. I have so many squirrels in my neighborhood, I would have to make a scene of squirrels celebrating Christmas outside my window!

  48. I would use the Winter Wonderland Window to crate a shaker card. Inside I would put the hugging bears. I would and white and light blue glitter shaker pieces and around the edges place stitched snowflakes in blue and white.

  49. Love all the inspiration for this set! I think I would like to create a bunny scene in the window, maybe on Christmas morning!

  50. I think it would be fun to use along with the winter scenes stamps and the couch. Maybe add a Christmas tree and some pets.

  51. I would use it to frame either my Jolly Christmas Tree or Cheery Deer. It would also be perfect for Frosty Fairy Friends.

  52. Wow! The Design Team came up with such gorgeous cards for the Winter Wonderland Window!
I am so inspired by Chari’s cardinals card that I would make a card just like hers! Those cheery red birds with the hanging pinecones, oh so adorable! Thank you to all of the DT for such great cards!!!

  53. I would create: 1 indoor scene with kids and dogs playing around Christmas tree,
    2. use it with build a bird house
    3. use penguins or snowman

  54. My order will be coming soon! I hope to make a bird house inside. I am so excited that the arch can be double matted with the spring window! So excited to play.

  55. i’d create a cozy christmas scene with the winter wonderland window, complete with a tree, a couch or chair, gifts, and of course a dog!

  56. Cuteness overload!! I think I would like to create a scene with sweet critters wearing Santa hats. That would be adorable.

  57. I would use winter skies and upon a star and make a scene combining these sets. Also use a portion the moon stencil. I LOVE this die. Thank you for all the ideas on how to use it.

  58. So many possibilities! Snowmen, any and all of the Critters in the Arctic, winter bunny, fox, penguin, underwater Christmas critters, flamingos, bears from Den Sweet Den. It would also be cute with a moon and trees with glittery shadows. Then we have the scenes for looking inside: family Christmas, dinner, animals waiting under a tree and Santa peeking our of a fireplace, Santa eating cookies.

  59. As i am not very good with coloring yet, it would be something simple like a snowman or even just snowflakes with a sentiment.

  60. Again, so many possibilities!! I think id make everything white and glittery with a white Christmas tree in the center. Maybe even make it a shaker card with white sequins.
