Design Team Inspiration

Elena‘s Build-A-Bird Feeder shaker card is so lovely! She colored all the die cuts with pretty pastels including the Tree Branches Backdrop which frames her card. I just love those little birds!

Elise designed a gorgeous card using the Tree Branches Border! The leafy branches are a stunning background to her Scripty Congrats and Scripty Congrats Outline Add-On greeting!

All the neighborhood critters are hanging out at Mindy‘s shaker Build-A-Bird Feeder! In addition to the Backyard Bird Feeder squirrels and birds there’s a squirrel from Let’s Go Nuts! The pretty red bird feeder is framed by the Tree Branches Backdrop: Portrait with Stratus Clouds stenciled in the background.

Latisha‘s whimsical design combines Leafy Border and Tree Branches Border with Tree Branches Backdrop: Portrait. It’s the perfect place for the tiny Simply Celebrate Graduation mice to hide! So adorable!

I love how Audrey used watercolor in the background to look like a tree full of leaves! Then she hung her Build-A-Bird Feeder from the Tree Branches Backdrop. And to make this card even more special she added acetate to create a shaker element filled with “bird seed” shaker bits!

Latisha‘s pretty Pull ‘n Slide Surprise card features the little birds from Build-A-Bird Feeder!

Those little birds are just too sweet!

  1. I’ve not done much proper birdwatching, but one of my aunts knows a lot about it and takes amazing wildlife photos.

  2. Birds are interesting and I do like watching them, but I don’t need to know the names of every bird i see.

  3. I love bird watching! I feed the birds (and squirrels…lol) all year round. I recently scrubbed the bird bath to get ready to welcome the spring birds.

  4. Absolutely! I work from home and my “work” window has all the feeders and houses within view. When I need to take my eyes off the screen I watch the birds. I leave peanuts on the window ledge and the Titmouse come right up to the window to steal nuts.

  5. Yes, I love to watch birds. So does my kitty. 🙂 We have quite a few eagles along the river here. They’re amazing to watch them fly!

  6. Don’t have many birds here aside from pigeons, but I do like watching them while drinking morning coffee.

  7. I follow Lawn Fawn on You-Tube. I love Lawn Fawn’s Backdrop dies. Today’s Tree Branches Backdrop die will be so popular!!!

  8. I was fun to see the little helper Miles hands in the film on You-Tube. I really like everything in this release.

  9. Yes we love bird watching! We feed the birds all year round and sometimes squirrels and chipmunks stop by too.

  11. Im currently visiting my parents at their home near Wilmington, North Carolina. The weather has been beautiful and it’s been very warm in the last couple days. They have two bird baths in their backyard and I’ve been really enjoying watching the birds come in for a little swim and bath. 🩷

  12. I’m not so much of a bird watcher as a bird listener. I love being outside and listening to the birds calling and chattering. If I see the bird(s) making the sound, that’s just bonus.

  13. Although I do not enjoy bird watching, my parents do. I look forward to the bird feeder set to make them cards

  14. Like to bird watch. Couple yrs ago I enjoyed watching Robins that had a nest in our Mini Magnolia Tree. Watched 3 eggs hatch, birds being fed, eyes not open, eyes open and was outside when 1st one flew out of nest as well as when the other 2 flew out.

  15. Weird fact about me–I am terrified of birds so bird watching is not on my list of enjoyable things to do:)

  16. I wouldn’t say that I actually birdwatch, but I do love seeing the different birds that come to our yard, and enjoy feeding chickadees when I’m out on the trails.

  17. I love that bird feeder!
As for birdwatching. I like to watch them somewhat. But I love watching my chickens. Does that count as bird watching?

  18. I like bird-noticing while I’m out and about throughout my day. I don’t ever take dedicated time to watch birds really, but I do watch the condors come back home to my neighbors tree every evening and I look for the road runner who hangs out in my backyard.

  19. I love birdwatching. I have a Bird Buddy feeder that takes pictures of them and let’s me know all the different birds that visit.

  20. We are fortunate enough to have family lake property and my best memories are watching my son make bird and chipmunk and squirrel houses. He used to have the chipmunks eating out of his hands. 34. Love the projects! Such great new designs!
