Jenn joins us today to share an amazing bee themed birthday card! I love that she combined Hive Five and You’re a Keeper with our new Bee Happy Background Stencils and a beautiful, older favorite set!
Jenn started by stenciling an Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle with our new Bee Happy Background Stencils. She used Lawn Fawn inks in Merman, Sunflower, Wild Rose and Black Licorice, adding happy color to the background.
Then she stamped and colored images from Hive Five, You’re a Keeper, Gleeful Gardens and All the Grasses with Distress Watercolor Pencils. She used the coordinating die sets to cut them out before arranging them in a fun little vignette.
Jenn used her own exclusive Honeycomb Stencil to create another layer of detail on this fun design! Then she combined Oliver’s Stitched ABCs with a sentiment from You’re a Keeper to create a bold greeting. And because it’s Jenn, there’s a bit of Prisma Glitter for sparkle and Glossy Accents for shine!
And here, Jenn shares the Copic markers that she used to color all the bright and happy images!
