Ivy joins us today to share an adorable idea for a birthday card featuring Mushroom House and Mushroom Border! She uses the birthday greeting from Year Three then adds a custom sentiment in a second option!
Ivy created a fun little scene for the
Cheery Christmas deer using Mushroom House and Mushroom Border! She cut the grass border from Spiffy Speckles paper and the Simple Puffy Clouds from Watercolor Wishes paper.
Ivy added texture to her card using
Woodgrain cardstock in the background and for the Mushroom House door! The cute little Gleeful Gardens snail is waiting inside!
Ivy calls this option, “Lawn Fawn after dark”! She used
Smitty’s ABCs to add the punny sentiment with a little bit of sass!

Today we are starting to post regularly seven days a week all month, every month! We have added some very talented contributors to the Lawn Fawn blog and we know you will be inspired by these familiar designers!
Grace gets us started with an absolutely adorable Center Picture Window Card! Her belated happy birthday card features the Hang in There sloth with some fun birthday sets as well!
Grace did some expert ink blending to give her fabulous mini card lots of color and style! For the cover she used the sloth from
Slow Down and Enjoy along with a sentiment from Oh Gnome! and some cute images to set the scene from Gleeful Gardens!
On the inside, Grace created a colorful party scene with
Birthday Before ‘n Afters, Get Well Before ‘n Afters, balloons from Elphie Selfie and the palm trees from Tropical Backdrop!
To allow for a better view of the cute sloth, Grace altered the
Center Picture Window Card by clipping each side on the top and disguising it with some foliage.
Nobody will mind at all if the birthday card is late when it’s this colorful and fun!

Eloise gave Gleeful Gardens an updated look with this fun card design! Which of your favorite older sets would look great with this fresh design style? Eloise used Distress Oxide inks to create a beautiful rosy hued background panel! I love how she die cut the Finley’s ABCs greeting so the lovely color shows through!
