Elena‘s card is so cute! I love how she used the Quinn’s Capital ABCs dies to create a negative space, and that paper peeking out from behind? That’s from the new Snow Day collection set to release on August 28th! She used Scripty Hello with the Brushed Bronze metal sheets to add a little pizazz. The heat embossed Plus One stork is the perfect companion to the cool metal!

Nancy‘s card is so fun! Embossing the metal sheets looks so cool! She also stamped on the metal with Flying By! StazOn ink is perfect for this, and it looks so awesome! The Spring Showers clouds from the Wondrous White metal sheet is the perfect finishing touch!

We have an awesome giveaway, too!  Comment on both of our blogs throughout the week for a chance to win 1 of 2 $25 prize packs from both companies!  You have until Friday, August 8th midnight to enter. The winners will be announced on both company’s blogs!
Don’t forget to visit the Add a Little Dazzle Blog as well! They have some AWESOME inspiration there too 🙂

Have an amazing day,

A Valentine’s Party + Video by Elena!

Today we have an awesome treat from Elena! She has created the cutest mail-themed Valentine’s Day party! I love that these ideas could be used for just a few treats or for a large party, too!
We also have a video at the end of this post with a really cool cupcake topper technique!

I just love this sweet party set-up! You’ve Got Mail worked perfectly with our Peppermint Lawn Trimmings twine and the Tag, You’re It dies, and the Flying By cupcake toppers are too cute!

I love this garland that Elena created with the You’ve Got Mail post card. The “love” comes from our Handmade with Love mini stamp set!

These milk bottles look so cute with the Tag, You’re It dies decorated with You’ve Got Mail. This is such a cute idea and would work well with any theme!

I love how Elena decorated this cupcake wrapper in her adorable theme!

That leads us to her adorable cupcake toppers. Elena put together a video on how to create those cute heart trails!
You can watch it here or at our YouTube channel!

Thank you so much for watching!

I just love the Flying By paper airplane as a cupcake topper! The coordinating dies make it so easy to create a bunch of them!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderfully cute Valentine’s Day party idea, Elena! You are awesome!

I had such a blast making this card for Simon Says Stamp’s back to school event, that I had to share it here, too! I used Schoolhouse Backdrops to make the cute little lined papers, along with a border punch and hole punch. I actually stamped off the ink before I stamped the paper lines so it would get that cool faded school paper look. I also used a Jenni Bowlin punch for that cute award ribbon and cut an apple out of the Dewey Decimal papers to decorate it. I colored in the Quinn’s ABCs letters with a Copic marker, and also the Flying By planes and Just My Type push pin. Even though this card works for back to school, I think the idea would be adorable as a thank you or congratulations, too!
