Latisha‘s card is just beautiful! It is perfect for the flu season that always seems to come around this time of year! I love how she took the colors from her patterned paper to color in her On the Mend images. This is such a great layout, too! I can’t wait to try it!

    There are so many things I love about this year, the festive atmosphere, people seem to be nicer, and we make more of an effort to do things together/share traditions/make it special. The food is pretty good too. ๐Ÿ™‚

  33. I love the anticipation of the season…we decorate, we bake goodies, we wrap everything nice and pretty…and we get together to celebrate this very joyous day! My daughter even told me a couple days ago that she loves Xmas decorations, but it just makes her want Christmas to be here sooner! ๐Ÿ™‚

Cold and dark outside, so people search and create the warmth inside and I always really like that! Lots of meetings with family and friends as well! Wonderful!

  50. I love so much about this time of year…shopping for everyone, creating gifts and cards, baking, spending time with family and friends! Decorating and seeing what everyone else does too! Just doesn't get much better than this!

Like the ornaments we put on the tree each & every year (ones our kids made, ones we got from family members who are gone, etc.) Or the certain cookie recipes we make each year. Or the foods we have Christmas Eve before going to candlelit services or Christmas morning as we're all together. Just things like that bring so much joy and happiness to us!

  142. Like most people who commented, I love everything about Christmas. I really like making things for the folks on my gift list. I find it very rewarding to see a pile of wrapped gifts under my tree knowing I had a hand in creating them.

  145. One of my favorite things about this time of year is having some time off work – mentally I really need the break to get stuff done at home, relax, hang out with my family and friends and just come back recharged in the new year. ๐Ÿ™‚

  152. Here in the UK it's starting to get colder, and having grown up in South Africa with hot Christmases, I love the idea of snow at Christmas ๐Ÿ™‚ (not that we've had a white Christmas yet!). I love the lights on the trees and the fact that everyone seems friendlier. Spending time with family on Christmas Day is what it's all about.

  159. I love the cooler weather, although our heater is out right now so its a little too cool, I love the lights and Candy Cane Lane (a whole street of decorated houses). I love shopping and spending time with my family.

  162. I like the happy atmosphere at this time of year. I like that people are upbeat and nice. I love making things for people and giving them to people who are not expecting it like a neighbor who picked up my garbage can that had blown across the street etc.

The events that lead up to Christmas,There are so many things to do with the kids and they are young, 3 and 8 These moments with them are precious,a secret favorite of mine is to sit in the evening and enjoy the lights on the christmas tree by myself. i know a contradiction lol Wonderful card
