Lawnscaping Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Lawanscaping Blog Hop!  So glad you’re here!  You should have come to me by way of the fabulous Laurel Beard.  This theme is all about RED!!!  The hop runs from Friday, December 9th – Sunday, December 11th! Make sure to comment on all of the blogs because there are LOTS of prizes to be won! All the details can be found on the Lawnscaping home page. The hop is being sponsored by some amazing companies: Mold Muse, Whisker Graphics and Lawn Fawn, too!

I had such a fun time with this challenge! I decided to use two neutrals (kraft and white) and make red the main event! I stamped Frosties snowflakes in white to make a custom background. I also inked the edges of the card in white to give it that “frosty” look :). Then I heat embossed Quinn’s ABCs in white, cut out the letters and filled them in with red Stickles – custom faux letter stickers! I used Harold’s ABCs to finish off my greeting. The finishing touch was some gorgeous May Arts Ribbon! I like that it looks like a present with the bow!

Next head on to the fantastic Linda Trace’s blog. If you’ve gotten off track,
don’t worry! Head on back to Lawnscaping to
see the complete list of designers and prize information!

Card stock: Neenah, Papertrey
Stamps: Lawn Fawn (Frosties, Quinn’s ABCs, Harold’s ABCs)
Ink: ColorBox, Versamark, Jenni Bowlin

Etc: May Arts ribbon, white heat embossing powder, red Stickles

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,

  3. Pretty as a present! Really love those colors together. Have a wonderful Holiday Season and thanks for a great inspirational year with all your DT members and stamp sets.

  4. I love the card. Just the rite amount of red to white, makes me happy when I think about Peace on Earth, what it would be like just to have a day of peace and happiness across the world.
