Joy created her mini slimline scene on a panel of Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper. It coordinates perfectly with the water-colored images! I love the bright cheery colors she chose!

She used a combination of underwater images from Ocean Shell-fie, Mermaid for You and Fintastic Friends to create this cheerful scene.
