Lawn Fawn Video {7.2.24} Mindy’s Vineyard Inspired Year Fourteen Card

Hi friends! Today Mindy will inspire you with a fun video tutorial! She will walk you through her creative process while making a vineyard inspired card featuring Year Fourteen. You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

The final result of this card idea is so much fun! Mindy stenciled with Hillside Stencils in Cilantro ink on a white card base. Then she inked the sky with a light application of Mermaid ink.

Next, she stamped and colored the grape cluster in Year Fourteen two times along with the cute mice from You Autumn Know and Whoosh Kites!

Then she die-cut two leaf stems from Strawberry Patch using Algae cardstock and gave them some shading with Rainforest ink. And she die-cut letters from Cole’s ABCs to spell out grape for her punny sentiment.

Finally, she assembled all the pieces to create a charming vineyard scene.

Here, Mindy shares the colors of Olo markers she used for coloring the Year Fourteen grape cluster!

Big thanks to Mindy for sharing this fun card design! I love how your card started with one idea and ended with another one!

Catherine got really creative in making a fun congratulations card with a Monopoly theme!

Catherine created the Monopoly board with a Large Stitched Square Stackables and Stitched Square Frames. Then she used the negative pieces from Stitched Rectangle Frames to create the spaces on the board. She layered the board on a Pint-Sized Patterns Summertime striped paper, coloring the stripes on the board to match. She stamped sentiments from All the Speech Bubbles on the game spaces.

For the center of the board, Catherine used How You Bean? Money Add-On, a mouse from You Autumn Know, bowtie from Charge Me Up and a top hat from Bicycle Built for You. The sentiments from How You Bean? Money Add-On were white embossed on black cardstock to send the encouraging message!

Catherine also used these sets to make the iconic Monopoly images:
Holiday Helpers: train
Plan on It: pointer finger
Let’s BBQ: part of the spatula for the jail bars
Claire’s ABCs: “GO”
Cole’s ABCs: “?”

To create the “Free Parking” car she altered the arched window from Build-A-House Beach Add-On. She included a circle from Let’s Bokeh and a pizza topping from Pizza My Heart for the tires.

Wow, this is so clever, Catherine! Thank you so much for sharing this brilliant inspiration!
