Hi friends, let’s start a brand-new week with a clever design by Mona! She used the pattern in Favorite Flannel paper to create a unique floral birthday card! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching! I hope you are inspired!

Mona combined flowers, mushrooms and a cute little worm to arrange in clusters. Then she added them to the diagonal pattern in the Favorite Flannel paper. The sets she used are Fairy Friends, Oh Gnome, Hive Five, Gleeful Gardens, Dandy Day and A Bug Deal.

I love all the detail Mona adds to her colored images. They look so great popped up, creating lots of dimension on this simple card.

Here’s a helpful guide to the Copic marker colors that Mona used on her lovely design.

Mona solves the problem of what to do with colored images that didn’t make it onto the card. She created another pretty grouping on the inside! It’s a wonderful surprise for the recipient of your thoughtfully created card!

I love this simply beautiful design, Mona! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely inspiration!

Lawn Fawn Video {1.23.24} Mindy’s Honeycomb Stenciled Birthday Card

In today’s video tutorial, Mindy shows us how to create a fun stenciled background using Honeycomb Stencil! Then she creates a cute birthday scene with Hive Five and Really High Five! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Mindy started this beautiful birthday card by stenciling the background with the Honeycomb Stencil! I love the shades of pink with Ballet Slippers cardstock inked with Bubblegum and Raspberry ink. She cut this panel with a Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables die, then she layered it on a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle in Raspberry cardstock.

And then she colored cute images from Really High Five, Hive Five and A Bug Deal to make a festive celebration card.

Thank you so much for this delightful inspiration, Mindy! I love the pink honeycomb background, it’s so pretty!
