We Wish You A Very Fawny Holiday Week 2021 {Day 1}

Hello everyone! Welcome to another special Fawny Holiday Week! We will be sharing inspiring holiday projects by our amazing Fawny family of designers along with videos and daily giveaways! (Make sure to comment for a chance to win a stamp set and coordinating dies of your choice and a Let It Shine Snowflakes 6×6 pad!)

We are so happy to have Nichol with us today to share her beautiful Stitched Snowflake Frame and Outside In Stitched Snowflake gift tag ornaments! You can watch her video tutorial below or click HERE to watch it at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Nichol‘s adorable snowflake gift tags feature old and new critters! She used Penguin Party, Yeti or Not and Toboggan Together! She added Red Sparkle twine hangers so these cute tags also double as ornaments!

Samantha‘s Christmas scene is so cozy! In fact, she used the Cozy Christmas fireplace to warm up the bears den! The tree is from Joy to All, the couch is from Window Scene: Winter and the bears are found in Den Sweet Den and Snow Much Fun!

Elise is so good at creating custom sentiments that shine! For this festive card she combined Winter Big Scripty Words with letters from Louie’s ABCs to send a cheery greeting! I love how she used the Fancy Lattice Backdrop as a stencil! The beautiful pattern is so festive in Gold Stencil Paste!

To make a second design, Elise stenciled the Fancy Lattice over just a portion of the card. Then she dressed it up with Christmas Garland and another Winter Big Scripty Words greeting!

It’s Happy Howlidays with Karin‘s delightfully sweet card! She did some inking on a panel of Let it Shine Snowflakes paper to add depth to frame the playful Furry and Bright action!

Lynette‘s Jolly Christmas Tree card has a vintage style that is so beautiful! She layered pretty patterned papers and used gold glitter cardstock to die cut the ornaments and star! Christmas Garland adds just the right detail at the top of the card! The gold embossed greeting is from Giant Holiday Messages and scalloped oval is from the coordinating die set.

Audrey used our cute Christmas Fishes to create her charming underwater scene! Her beautiful water-colored background makes it so special! The strip of striped paper along the side is another wonderful design detail!

Ivy created a fantastic set of snowflake cards with fun Magic Holiday Messages!

She layered a Stitched Snowflake Frame in Holographic cardstock over a vellum Outside In Stitched Snowflake to create a focal point that is so cool! I love that she used Rose Gold to emboss the message!

Ivy’s set of cards has a fun little surprise! The snowflakes are also spinners! How cool!

I hope you have enjoyed this fun look at some of our Holiday and Winter sets. Tomorrow we have another fun Fawny Holiday celebration but for now, it’s giveaway time! Leave us a comment sharing a crafty holiday project or gift you are working on by November 26th at 5:00PM ET. A Pair of Gingerbread Friends Cards with Grace

Be sure to join us this Saturday, October 23rd for another fun LIVE event on Facebook! Jenn and Kelly are looking forward to chatting with you while crafting up some fun with Joy to All! For all the details click HERE. See you then!

Grace joins us today to share two of the cutest holiday cards ever! She combined Gingerbread Friends with new holiday sets to create cards that are sure to inspire you!

To create this amazing pair of cards, Grace first layered Stitched Snowflake Backdrop and Peppermint Stripes Backdrop as a base for her designs! Then she framed them using Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames in Kraft cardstock! Another fun element to tie them together is our cute Gingerbread Friends die set!

For this sweet card, Grace created a shaker element using How You Bean? Shaker Add-On with How You Bean? Mint Add-On and also the original How You Bean? She filled the shaker with adorable minty candies and Chunky glitter!

For this landscape design, Grace included Lovely Latte with a gingerbread friend! She used How You Bean? to create a white jar, maybe it’s filled with sugar or mints? Christmas Garland adds pretty holiday greenery and looks so pretty on both cards!

Thank you so much, Grace! These cards are so special and absolutely gorgeous!

AND today’s post too!

Today is our showcase of Window Scene: Winter, Window Frame and Christmas Garland! The sofa in Window Scene: Winter is a perfect place for watching the snow fall on a beautiful winter day. This set pairs perfectly with Window Frame. You can also create a framed picture with the scalloped die in the coordinating Lawn Cuts set. Use this window frame to focus on a cute scene outside, or add details to an indoor scene. Create different looks by adding curtain panels or a valance. Use these evergreen swags and garlands to decorate Window Frame or Shut the Front Door with holiday greenery! Make sure you also include Mini Wreath in the decorating plan!

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have 2 videos at the end showcasing some fun ways of using these new sets! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

Grace‘s tall slimline card is just so gorgeous! The Window Frame fits perfectly on this size card, leaving room for a fun scene! Grace used Window Scene: Winter behind the “frosty glass” of the window, while the Den Sweet Den family looks super cozy on the couch!

Tammy‘s super charming card uses the Window Frame on the outside of a house! She created the outdoor scene with Brick Stencil and Christmas Garland with a cute little pup peeking in the window. The cozy scene inside features Joy to All along with the cute Furry and Bright puppy. So adorable!

Audrey‘s fun winter scene gives us a peek at the Furry and Bright puppy enjoying a snowing day! She used woodgrain cardstock to give her window lots of texture and the Simple Stripes: Portrait die creates the look of shiplap! The stenciled snowflakes look so beautiful outside the window!

Elise used a fun “recipe” in order to create this sweet pair of cards! She combined Window Scene: Winter and it’s coordinating dies with a Scripty word die. The addition of pretty papers from Let it Shine Snowflakes and Sweater Weather Remix enhance the fall and winter themes!

Lynnette‘s Window Scene: Winter is so frosty and fun! She used images from Tiny Winter Friends to fill in the snowy scene! She stenciled snowflakes on the background using Fairy Dust Stencil Paste; it looks so pretty and delicate!

Mindy‘s creative design shows the versatility of Window Frame! Her happy scene is so much fun with the Merry Mice decorating a tree and the cute yeti looking on from outside!

Yainea‘s card is so adorable! I love how she paper-pieced the couch, and then added some shading to cushions! That is so clever! The snowy scene outside the window isn’t keeping the Furry and Bright pups from some holiday fun!

Latisha‘s Window Frame Christmas design is so sweet and beautifully simple! I love cute cat looking out the window that is decorated with the Christmas Garland!

Megan used Window Scene: Winter for her clever Flippy Flappy Halloween card! She colored the scene with a full moon and then she added cute Halloween images from Spooktacular, Spooky Village and Purrfectly Wicked!

Elena‘s scene is so adorable! I love the cozy look of the dogs and little boy around the Window Scene: Winter sofa! The cute little snowman from Tiny Winter Friends looks so cute by the birch trees outside the window!

Lynnette created a sweet Window Scene: Winter with some pretty curtains to match the bright red couch! She used Let it Shine Snowflakes papers and a bit of holographic cardstock to give this scene a festive look!

I love that when you open Lynnette’s card you see the outside scene on the inside! The cute dogs are having a Furry and Bright snow day!
