Lawn Fawn Video {4.23.24} Chari’s Special Space Themed Give It a Whirl Card

What gives Chari’s Give It a Whirl card a special look is that she integrated the interactive mechanism into the card front, rather than attaching it on top. She shows how easy that is in the video so be sure to watch it! Her card is so much fun, featuring the cute planets from Out of This World. She also used the rocket to attach to the tab to show the direction to “give it a whirl”!

As you spin the rocket, the full moon changes to a crescent moon!

Chari’s design gets a little “cheesy” here. The moon looks like cheese, so of course the little mouse from You Autumn Know is the perfect addition! Inside, she also stamped a sentiment and more stars from Out of This World with a shooting star from Super Star.

This brilliant design features Out of This World and Beam Me Up! They are the perfect combination for this fun outer space design! For her Platform Pop-Up card, she included the new Platform Pop-Up Hillside Wrap Around and the Hillside Inserts.

In the video, Mindy shows how she inked up the Nighttime Sky Stencil on the Platform Pop-Up Add-On to create this colorful moon and sky! To fix a dilemma with the moon craters, she stenciled them with Fairy Dust Stencil Paste! Another problem solved with glitter!

And then the addition of the gold glitter stars is the perfect final detail that makes this design so special!

A Special Teacher Thank You Card with Mayra

Hello friends! Today we have a wonderful card design to thank a special teacher! Mayra put her amazing scene building skills to work creating this brilliant card!

Mayra brilliantly combined Just Add Glitter and Out of This World to create this charming card! She started with a slimline base, then she used Snowy Backdrop to add stars to the “wall”! The slimline style allows plenty of room for this space-themed classroom scene!

She included lots of cute images from other sets to fill in this happy schoolroom scene! Check out the supply list below. Then she created the greeting by combining Henry’s ABCs, Offset Sayings: Birthday, Beam Me Up and Plan on It: School!

The Fancy Wavy Banner has so much clever style. Mayra white embossed the sentiment on vellum then combined it with a colorful border.
