Samantha created the most amazing and stunning interactive Christmas card, but it wasn’t without a few struggles along the way! Samantha’s idea for this Christmas card is so creative! I love the rainbow-colored Snowflakes Stencil background she created. She added an extra measure shine by keeping the stencil in place and pressing an embossing ink pad on the snowflakes. Then she removed the stencil and sprinkled on clear embossing powder before heating it to a clear shine, protecting the color underneath. This allowed her to add the dramatic blue inking over the top and the final look is so amazing.
As she always does, Samantha gave the cute Caroling Mice a watercolor look using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Then she set about assembling the Give It a Whirl mechanism where one small misstep caused some anxious moments before she realized her error. No harm done, her card turned out amazing.
