Grace’s Happy Mail Valentine Card

Grace created a delightful Valentine card featuring our Happy Mail mailbox and the cute Garden Snail! Such a fun way to send some love for Valentine’s Day!

Grace did some beautiful stenciling, using Plaid Stencils on a Stitched Rectangle, then adding Falling Hearts to another panel. She framed her little garden scene with the negative piece of a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window. It looks like a postage stamp!

Next, Grace die cut the Happy Mail mailbox and the Garden Snail from 110lb white cardstock before using Lawn Fawn ink to add the color. She arranged the cute scene, then stamped her sentiment from Special Delivery on the background. She also stamped a tiny message from Scent with Love on a note from Little Letter.

The Garden Snail looks so adorable in Grace’s happy mail garden scene!

Thank you so much for this wonderful inspiration, Grace! Such a clever Valentine!

Lawn Fawn Video {2.4.25} Chari’s Swivel Surprise Card Set

Hey friends, Chari is back with a fun card set featuring Swivel Surprise! She created a card “recipe” with giant greetings, stencils and cute stamp sets to make a Valentine, birthday and thank you card! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching! Are you inspired to use a “recipe” to make a card set? Be sure to share with us!

Chari’s colorful card set is perfect to have handy when an occasion comes up! She started with Spiffy Speckles paper which she stenciled in a monochromatic fashion. Then she added the giant greetings with cute images that give a hint to the fun inside!

For the birthday card, Chari used Bamboo Stencils and Giant Hooray with I Heart Pandas! She added festive cuteness with All the Party Hats!

And then she created the Swivel Surprise with more cute pandas for the inside! There’s even a birthday cake for the happy occasion from All the Smiles! In the video she shares a tip to avoid a mistake she made. Her solution is to stamp a fun pattern on the outer ring of the interactive Swivel Surprise.

The “recipe” for the thank you card features Strawberry Fields Background Stencils with an unexpected teal color palette! Then she brought in the Giant Thank You and little strawberries from How You Bean? Strawberries Add-On!

Inside, Chari used more small strawberries with Sweet Strawberry covered in milk chocolate and white chocolate!

And the Valentine card combined Layered Hearts Background Stencils with Giant XOXO. She added lots of sparkle and shine to all the cards by splattering metallic gold and white watercolor paint. It adds so much interest in the background.

Chari used the images from Milk and Cookies to decorate her Valentine card! Watch the video to hear her explain the meaning!

Thank you so much for sharing another amazing video tutorial, Chari! This card set is so much fun!

Catherine’s Clever Box of Chocolate Strawberries Interactive Card

Catherine created a clever Valentine card featuring a classic box of chocolate strawberries! It’s an interactive card with Sweet Strawberry and lots of stenciled hearts!

Catherine’s charming design starts with Lots of Hearts Background Stencils on a white panel, that is layered on a Textured Canvas Pink panel. Then she layered this on a Scalloped Rectangle.

And then she created the chocolate box with a partially die cut Outside In Stitched Heart to create a side hinge. She added more hearts from Layered Hearts Background Stencils, layered it on a Lacy Heart and added a bow from Gift Box.

She colored the cute critter from Tiny Gift Box Panda and Bear Add-On to add cuteness to the heart! Then she added her sentiment by combining Sweet Strawberry and Den Sweet Den.

When the box lid is opened you can see the beautifully colored Sweet Strawberry chocolates! I love how Catherine layered Scalloped Circles under each strawberry, it’s a such a sweet little detail!

Thank you so much for sharing your brilliant Valentine design, Catherine!
