Today is our showcase of Gingerbread Friends! Satisfy your sweet tooth with these cute dies! This set includes two gingerbread people, and lots of “frosting” and accessories to create adorable holiday cards, crafts and decorations! The Design Team has made the most amazing samples! And we have a video at the end showcasing some fun ways to use this set!

Megan‘s gorgeous card combines the sweet gingerbread house from Sweet Christmas with our new Gingerbread Friends die set in an adorable scene! Stitched Windy Backdrop and a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame add texture and fun design!

Elena‘s cute trio of Gingerbread Friends have sweet pink cheeks along with lovely dimension from ink blending on the edges! I love how she used our Spring Sprig die set to add a wreath of greenery to the Reverse Stitched Scalloped Circle Window! The holly berries are found in our new Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On die set!

Kay‘s fantastic card is bright and cheerful with traditional red and green! She combined papers from Really Rainbow Christmas and Knit Picky Fall to create the background for her adorable Gingerbread Friend! She finished this design with a greeting from Simply Winter Sentiments!

Dress up your holiday gift packages with adorable Gingerbread Friends tags! Yainea added a card back to her tags so she can include the Tiny Tag Sayings to and from on the inside!

Audrey‘s card is simply adorable! I love how she paired the sweet Gingerbread Friend with the mugs from Thanks a Latte! The pink bow and googly eyes add perfectly cute details!

Who wouldn’t want to receive a sweet gift that comes in packaging this adorable? I love Latisha‘s bright Really Rainbow Christmas Tote Bag, but that bright pink Gingerbread Friend really makes me smile!

Lizzy‘s card is so charming with the angry gingerbread cookie that someone nibbled on! The pretty Really Rainbow Christmas papers die cut from an Outside In Stitched Scalloped Circle and a delicate Valentine Border add to the sweet look of this design!

I love how Elise added bits of sparkle to her adorable card design! The Scripty Sweet greeting looks amazing die cut from the glittery gold Sparkle Holiday cardstock!

The bright red Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window perfectly frames Melissa‘s cute Gingerbread Friend and makes her design pop! I love how she added snowy texture to the Winter Scripty Sentiment with Textured White Embossing Powder!

The Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock in the background adds the look of sugary sweetness to Rebecca’s all die cut Christmas card! Her Gingerbread Friend is decorated with lots of “frosting”! She brought in the traditional Christmas colors of red and green with the Fancy Scalloped Rectangle and Merry Christmas Line Border!

Lynnette‘s delightful card features a trio of gingerbread cookies and a sweet sentiment from Winter Scripty Sentiments! I love how she added the touched of red and green to the happy Gingerbread Friends!

  9. Each design is adorable, especially the garland. I also love how the gingerbread girl goes so well with the Thanks A Latte. My favorite holiday treat is what my family calls Grandma’s cookie. It’s an anise cookie that my grandmother and mother made. Now my sister, and niece are the cookie makers. Yum.

  27. My favorite holiday treat (as well as everyone at my hubby’s work) is Oreo Truffles. Good quality dark chocolate is key, and my homemade vanilla is the secret ingredient. Seriously, lines form for these things!

  28. Any hot beverage topped with whipped cream, sprinkles & edible glitter! Oh and a wee bit o rum….
    I also love pie; any kind, shape, size or flavor….pie and hot coffee works for me! I love everyone’s ginger samples.

    Favorite Christmas Cookie or Holiday Treat would be some type of shortbready/butter cookie. I try different recipes – favorites are an Oatmeal Thins, a Sugar Cookie recipe made with butter and oil. Basically anything that practically melts in your mouth and tastes great with a cup of tea.

  33. I love German Stollen! It’s not really a “Treat” but it becomes a Treat for me, when I find it on the shelf of nice bakery in early December. It makes me think Christmas is coming 🙂

  56. Super cute little gingerbread man family! Such a cute die! My favourite Christmas cookie is what our family calls “Moose Balls” which most other families call icing sugar balls. It’s basically an apple, oat, raisin, cocoa and a load of brown sugar unbaked cookie. Then you roll them into little balls and roll them in icing sugar. They are super scrumptious! What is your favourite treat?

  57. I love pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream, but I’m also a sucker for the holiday shaped pretzels dipped in white chocolate and topped with colored sugar—they make an appearance at our family’s Christmas every year!

    My favorite Christmas cookie is an Italian cookie that almost melts in your mouth. It’s very soft, flaky and they are round, about the size of a quarter or so and they have white powered sugar on top! SOOO GOOD! I don’t know the name of them though, but man they are delicious!!!

    My favorite holiday cookie is a Sicilian biscuit that my grandma used to do during Xmas time. It a shortbread stuffed with a fig compote. And covered with sprinkles.

  84. Oh my! This gingerbread cookies die it’s super cute! It’s so hard to choose between cookies because I love cookies, but my favorite one to make is “bolitas de nieve” which are mostly made with pecans and covered with powder sugar! Yum!

  99. My favorite holiday cookie are ones that my grandma used to make (now my mom and aunts have taken over). It’s an old Italian recipe that is basically dough with red wine mixed in, rolled out, cut into strips, shaped, fried, then covered in honey and sprinkles. I can taste them right now.
