Lawn Fawn Intro: Tiny Gift Box Deer Add-On, Reverse Stitched Scalloped Windows

Melissa‘s card is so adorable! She used lots of bright colorful papers and a sweet Ballet Slippers pink Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window to frame the cute Say What? Christmas Critters penguin! I love the cool background she stamped using the little speech bubbles!

Kay added a sweet So Owlsome scene inside a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Circle Window with a pretty Watercolor Wishes background! I love how she arranged the Happy Fall Line Border with the Knit Picky Fall panel!

Megan‘s amazing Goodie Bags feature our new Tiny Gift Box Deer Add-On die set! I just love that these adorable little deer can be used in so many ways! Check out the video below where I show you how to make these festive and fun gift bags!

Kay‘s gorgeous Thanks a Latte vignette looks fabulous framed with a white Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window! That snowy blue background is so beautiful!

I love Lizzy‘s beautiful clean and simple card design! The colors she used are so fresh and the gold glitter Outside In Stitched Christmas Trees create an elegant look!

I love that Lizzy die cut the Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window from white Woodgrain Cardstock! It adds another gorgeous detail!

Oh wow, Kay‘s Christmas card is so full of happiness and cheer! I love how she layered the Reverse Stitched Scalloped Square Windows and that Tiny Gift Box Deer Add-On is just so adorable!

Using a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Circle Window, Elise created an adorable little Snow Cool penguin scene! The Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock looks like glistening snow!

Latisha framed her Simply Celebrate Winter village with a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Square Window that also highlights her gorgeous watercolor background! The addition of the Mini Snowflakes is a perfect finishing touch!

Yainea‘s trio of Tiny Gift Box Deer Add-On boxes look so adorable! I love how she added the sweet bow and that fuzzy red nose!

Kristin’s Pick of the Patch Halloween card is so clever! I love how she combined the Rectangle, Circle and Square Reverse Stitched Scalloped Windows to create her amazing design!

A Reverse Stitched Scalloped Circle Window frames the beautiful Snowy Backdrop sky for Elena’s sweet Winter Skies bears!

Kristin, Audrey and Megan created amazing Thanks a Latte designs and framed them with Reverse Stitched Scalloped Windows! There are so many ways to use these versatile stamps and dies!

I love Lynnette‘s adorable card featuring the Tiny Gift Box Deer Add-On! The sweet deer looks so cute peeking out of the Large Wreath! The red glitter cardstock from the Holiday Sparkle pack adds pops of pretty color in the berries, bow and Scripty Merry greeting!

 

The Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window adds sweet detail to Megan‘s cozy and whimsical Christmas Dreams scene! Her scene also includes images from Screen Time and Holiday Helpers!

  1. Such cute ideas….I especially like the different ways to use the deer add on. That is thinking outside of the box! I use the box for table settings around the holidays and fill them with goodies.

  2. Such cute creations! Little boxes can be handy for holding a lot of things – a little sweet treat, a pair of earrings or a bracelet, some hair decoration, a little piece of make up, or even a little watercolour pan (for a crafty friend) 🙂

  8. I like to tuck tip money (in a little baggie) and some candy when I get a massage! My massage girl always comments on how much she loves getting a little treat along with her tip! I made 30 bat boxes yesterday!! Purple and black and white candy corn for all my coworkers will go inside! Love these ideas today!

  9. I am in the Panama City, FL area helping my family with clean up after hurricane Michael. Because there is no electricity (or anything else for that matter) I brought a bunch of my LF stamps and dies to play when we have a little down time to help relieve stress, & boredom and just have some fun.

I would tuck the recipient’s favorite candy into that adorable tiny gift box for humans and some Mini MIlk Bone dog biscuits for canines (our dog gives gifts to our neighborhood doggie friends every holiday as well!)     Depending on the recipient and the occasion, it would probably be some type of candies – M & M’s or mints to more for a gourmet chocolate.

  27. I made the stacking tree last year for my daughter with a knitting theme. Most of the boxes contained knitting themed gifts. I like to add jewelry (or get some for my own. I love all of the add-ons you have come out with. I love all of the stacking shape dies and would love to see some more ovals.

    I don’t have the “Gift Box Set” yet, but it’s on my Lawn Fawn Wishlist! My girls and I love to make holiday treats for family and friends. This would be an adorable way to deliver them and I know they would have sooo much fun making the little gift boxes.

  42. I make 60 tiny gift boxes for my grandkids to give to classmates and friends at Halloween and Christmas. I use the Lawn Fawn dies and stamps to decorate and it is a lot of work, but I enjoy making them and kids love receiving them. They are filled with candy of course.

  43. I don’t normally give tiny gifts, but I guess Hershey kisses or other small candies would be what I would give. Either that or a gift card.

    I like packing jewlery or some little multi-tools in the tiny gift boxes, for example I gave a bottleopener in the shape of a turtle to my aunt and I packed it in the little gift box that i decorated like a little home (for the turtle) 😀

  45. Cute projects today. My treat boxes are filled for individual taste. Crafty friends would get sequins, glitter, washi tape.
    Girls might get lip balm, earrings and boys a little car or lego and they would all have a sweet treat in them too.

  46. I love to put a homemade treat or candy in the tiny boxes. They can also be used to put a tiny note or message or little clues to find a special hidden gift. The little add-on reindeer is perfect for Christmas treats. I love the scalloped window look with the reverse scalloped window dies.

  48. In a tiny gift box I like to put in a small tea tin (one from the David’s Tea sample box) and a little chocolate. Or I crochet baby slippers and put them in if they’re not too bulky for a cute add on baby shower gift. I love all the different ideas everyone has come up with. It’s fun reading the comments after enjoying a great post of fun creative ways to use the inside out dies!

  49. The Reverse Stitched Scalloped window dies are perfect for holidays and very festive for birthday cards. I like to tuck tiny handmade tea bags into the Tiny Boxes. I also add the tea leaves to a mesh-like bag, tie it with a ribbon and then include it in the Tiny Box with a note to the recipient.

  50. Love the different uses for the tiny box deer add-on. Love it when a die serves multiple purposes. Since my daughter and I both have Pandora bracelets, I would put a charm into the box.

  55. I love, love, love these cards! I have so many ideas for my holiday cards. My favorite gift to give in small boxes is probably the gift my mom asks for each year. She doesn’t want or need anything, so her wish is for us to adopt a senior, or find a charity or charities to donate to. We can write the name of the charity or program that we donate to on a piece of decorative paper and place it in the box with a hershey’s kiss or something like that.

  70. I would usually put candy in a tiny gift box, but there are so many possibilities for more unique and personalized treats! I really like Lizzy’s card – it’s not my usual thing (I tend to go for lots of cute animals!), but it’s so classic and looks great. I also like Chari’s telescoping card idea – I can just picture it crammed with cute critters instead of elves!
