Winter Yeti Inspiration

Grace‘s Winter Yeti scene in a Platform Pop-Up could not be more charming! Her coloring has a beautiful vintage Christmas card style. To create her winter scene, she inked with Mountain Stencil on the Platform Pop-Up Add-On. Then she added trees from Deck the Car, little bird and bow from Build-A-Birdhouse, another little bird, holly and berries from Build-A-Snowman and the little house from Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Portrait.

Winter white and kraft are pretty combination for Audrey‘s winter wishes card! She hot-foiled Starry Sky Background on the kraft panel. And then she added Birch Trees and a Simple Stitched Hillside Border in Pixie Dust cardstock to create the frosty backdrop. She placed the Winter Yeti front and center holding a sweet Mini Snowflake!

There is so much holiday fun happening on Marine‘s fabulous card! She combined Winter Yeti, Jolly Christmas Tree and Winter Wonderland Window to create a shaker card. She also used Winter Big Scripty Words Hot Foil Plates for the greeting along with a Yeti or Not sentiment on a Simple Wavy Banner.

Our cute yeti is right at home in Mindy‘s snowy scene! She inked a wintry sky before layering on Stitched Mountain Borders and Stitched Hillside Borders. And then she included trees from Yeti or Not and some Mini Snowflakes!

Melissa‘s fun card takes our Winter Yeti on a beach vacation! To create this cute scene, she combined Tropical Leaves Backdrop and Beachy Christmas with pretty stenciled clouds in the background!

Latisha‘s colorful Winter Yeti is so playful and fun! She keeps the focus on the yeti by adding just a Snowy Sky stenciled background, a few stamped snowflakes and the simple greeting from Christmas Before ‘n Afters.

Tammy tripled the Winter Yeti fun with three super cute tags! Picture these Build-A-Snow Globe and Winter Yeti tags adding cuteness to your holiday packages! I love how they are sporting the earmuffs from Build-A-Snowman to match their scarves.

Yainea added a shiny hot-foiled Starry Sky Background for her cute Winter Yeti design! She created a fun greeting by combining sentiments from Pawsitive Christmas and Yeti or Not!

Caly paired the adorable Winter Yeti with the Jolly Christmas Tree! Her choice of bright, happy colors makes this card design so special!

Pawsitive Christmas Inspiration

Lynnette‘s design is so charming! I love how she hung the stockings on a Holly Leaves Border! She also included smaller stockings from Christmas Before ‘n Afters and Christmas Dreams! The shiny hot-foiled greeting is from Winter Big Scripty Words Hot Foil Plates.

Melissa created a “pawsitively great” design! She started with a Peppermint Stripes Backdrop in bright green before adding a pup in a stocking on a pretty oval. She completed the card with sentiments from Pawsitive Christmas!

Elena created a dramatic background using Snowy Backdrop and Black Licorice cardstock! I love how she changed up the stockings to add the Love Poems mouse! She also included a cat from Meow You Doin’.

Latisha‘s cheerful shaker card features the adorable little cat in a stocking! It’s “pawsitively” adorable!

Marine gathered a whole bunch of cats for this “pawsitively great” card! I love how she hung the stocking from the Purrfectly Wicked shelf.

Megan‘s cheery and clever Pawsitive Christmas scene is so adorable! She combined Purrfectly Wicked cats with mice from Merry Mice and Virtual Friends Add-On! To set the scene she also used the fireplace from Christmas Dreams!

Elise used these cuties in stockings to create a sweet Christmas card! She used Knit Picky Winter paper as a backdrop with a special hot foil greeting!

How cute is this card by Caly? It is so clever how she used the puppy in a stocking as a placeholder for the “o” in joyful! And then to add some decoration she used Christmas Garland and a Scalloped Rectangle in Rose Gold metallic cardstock! This card is just so sweet!

  1. A Christmas mermaid stamp set with a coral Christmas tree and an underwater sleigh would be so cute. A nutcracker stamp , a mouse nutcracker would be so cute. A cosy kitty cat baking scene with different tiny supplies, there are so many ideas. 😆😍

  2. Hot plate with small candy canes on it and a hot plate with gingerbread. Another dachshund Christmas stamp set would be amazing. In fact how about about dachshunds with reindeer antlers in flight with santas’s sleigh. I would love to see some turkeys for fall and anything halloween is always fun. I always look forward to your holiday collections the most and thanks for the inspiration!

  3. Tiny friends with separate pilgrim hats that could be put on the tiny friends, maybe a turkey leg or pumpkin.
Tiny friends with Halloween costumes and some candy/buckets.
Fall magic messages. I put them on a previous post.
Reveal wheel fall-Thanksgiving and Halloween sentiments.
More simply celebrate critters sets. (I just love them. They make quick adorable cards!)
Simply celebrate fall critters add-on sentiments that can be put in the speech bubbles.
More dad jokes with maybe a couple of little mice instead of birds telling Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas jokes.

  4. I would love to see:
    – A Forest backdrop layering stencil
    – A Penguin in the paper piecing die style (like this Winter Yeti and Jolly Deer)
    – A Nutcracker in the paper piecing die style.
    – A turkey themed stamp set (even though I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving here in Australia, I think it would be very cute)

  5. Isn’t that Yeti just the cutest! 😍I would love to see more mice & bears. I’d love more Halloween things to add to the Hay there, hay rides set. I’ve just made them into a Christmas card that I can’t share for a month yet, but it’s for a little farmer’s son.

  6. Hmmm….add ons for Christmas for the tractor like trees or presents in the trailer. Maybe a full background plate of birch trees would be cool. More hot foil snow plates would be cool. Ohhh so hard to think of things. How do you all make it so amazing all the time!!! A jingle all the way big sentiment or deck the halls. Pointsetta stamp set. Flying reindeer! To add on to the sleigh or be on their own. Maybe a Santa for sitting sideways in the sleigh or waving as he’s flying by with the flying reindeer! 💚💚💚

  7. I’d really love a Tiny Halloween Friends set, with trick or treaters to coordinate with Tiny Halloween and Spooky Village. Turkeys with pilgrim hats would be cute for Thanksgiving – or a dog set with accessories like toast and popcorn so you could recreate A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. And a Winter set with the squirrels (or a variety of forest critters) skiing, sledding, etc. would be so fun.

  8. I would love to see Add-on to the Snow Globe, some BetterPress plates, a Giant Happy Holidays, a Giant Season’s Greetings, more Platform Pop-up Add-ons & more Hot Foil Plates. I would love yo see a layered stencil with a coordinating hot foil plate. For other future releases, I would love to see a Canada themed stamp set, a Tiny Hero’s stamp set, a large dog die and we need larger friends too!!

  9. Coming from Canada – I would love to see a outdoor winter hockey themed set – maybe mice or dogs playing ice hockey on a lake!

  10. So many great ideas! I love how Lawn Fawn always builds on previously released sets to keep my stash fresh and inspired. I’d like to see a Christmas tree die set or a wreath.

  11. Female and male turkey stamps. Nutcrackers. Ice hockey and volleyball sports. Different dad jokes for the holidays like Halloween and Christmas. Tree with a tree house in it for squirrels or tiny friends to play in. Bears, raccoons or foxes fishing from canoe or boat for river or lake screens.

  12. There are a lot of great ideas in the above posts! Love the Yeti! I would like to see more tiny gift box add on dies such as Santa, Mrs. Claus, an Elf, Yeti, Halloween witch, Frankinstein, etc.

  13. I’d love some add ons for the hayride but also love the idea of more tiny gift box add ons! (and maybe some kid scarecrows since we’re getting the woman one ;))

  14. I would love to see more sets that work with your interactive dies, such as Waving Pulltab and Reveal Wheel. Would love to keep finding new ways to use these!

  15. I would love to see a CORN MAZE entrance and a TINY FRIENDS BEDROOM scene to wake up for christmas morning, snow day!, birthday, or first day of school. I always love seeing all LF new things 🙂

  16. Would love to see something Nativity-themed in Lawn Fawn style. Add-ons to any of the previously released baking themed sets and add-ons for Hay There, Hayrides. A huge thanks to the design team for another week of. amazing inspiration.

  17. I would love some Fall magic iris sentiments. I love your stamps and dies so much. Thank you for creating such adorable products

  18. For fall, a football set would be fun to have. Fall and Christmas owl sets would be so much fun as well! I would love to see a Nativity set for Christmas.

  19. I would love a new thanksgiving set! Also anything with cats. How about a stencil that builds an outdoor scene with trees, falling leaves maybe a path. That would be so fun to add the fall critters we already have to. I’m sure whatever you come up with will be amazing! Thanks for all the amazing inspiration.

  20. A GIANT BOO !!
But I’m happy with whatever, never been disappointed when there has been the new releases! Not good for the bank account though hahaha
    Great week as usual!!

  21. I would like to see:
    1. A sentiment set of stamps for : First Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth,Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh up to Eighteenth for birthdays
    2. Pumpkin “string of lights”
    3. Tiny People for Doctors, Surgeons, Pediatricians, Orthopedic, Nurses and tools: stethoscope, thermometer, band-aid, shot, bones, ear scope, surgeon hat, nurses ca, etc.
    4. Car trip Add-on “Going to Grandparents” and “Disneyland.”

  22. I would like to see the return of the avocado enamel pin and others. They make great gifts when added to the cards made from the companion stamp and die sets.

  23. I’d love to see some diversity among holidays celebrated – I know many of us celebrate Christmas, but would love some inclusion for folks that celebrate in other ways. 🙂

  24. I would love to see some type of Alpine village theme, in stamps or layering dies. Of course the village would be run by critters, probably mice!

  25. oh my goodness!!! trying hard to just purchase and use the 2023 sets! 2024??? whatever you create will be awesome I am sure!!!

  26. Love all of these fun yeti creations, and the kitty and pup snuggled into their stocking are adorable!

  27. Lawn Fawn mice decked out as nutcrackers, playing ice hockey, and marching band with flag team stamp sets and dies, please! I can imagine all of the super cute cards already!!

  28. I would like to see Christmas ornament or snowflake border dies (similar to the holly border die), paper piecing mice, scarecrow or penguin, a collection of large and small pine tree stamps for scene building, and a Christmas shopping themed stamp set, with mice in stores, carrying packages, making lists, etc. to go with the Village Shops, a ski lift and skiing/snow boarding mice to go with the skating ones. Foiled plaid paper, pine tree or snowman add on stamp for Window Scene stamp set, giant outline Let it Snow.

  29. I love everyone’s ideas, esp all the Nutcracker ones! Ballet, an all sports balls set, maybe with kids (regular size, not the mini people) Love everything you guys come up with though!

  30. I like a Tiny Friends Thanksgiving dinner addition so you could have everyone around the table and the feast spread out. Id also like an add on set for our village sets to add more town extras.

  31. I love all of the existing Fall & Winter holiday sets. But, if Santa were to interact with the bears or mice…maybe teeny tiny mice or bears meeting on the ice rink? Well, I love all the fun critters!

  32. I would love to see more winter animals in large size. And i also would love to have more foiled patterned paper! 🙂 also would love to build a gingerbread house card!

  33. St Louis has become a big soccer town.
that sport would be fun in stamps, paper,
    and embellishments. Anything with
    elephants. Great release.
    thanks for sharing.

  34. There so many good ideas listed above. I like most of them. I would like to see a long haired dog when you create stamps with dogs. I have an Australian Shepherd. An stamps and dies with an Australian Shepherd I definitely would buy.

Snow scenes would be nice. Because you could use the stamp set for the holidays but also use them afterwards through out the winter season.

  35. A nativity set for Tiny Friends. I know this is off topic but please think about releasing Lunar Lights from the vault. Lunar Lights would be cute paired with Let’s Roll and Year Eight (fortune cookie). A Chinese dragon would be cute as well.

  36. I would like to see more reindeer stamps(like the goat set). Also a Christmas hot foil plate with candy canes, holly, snowmen… all things Christmas on the plate!

  39. I would really like to see some scene-building background stamps or even scene-building stencils in fall, Halloween, Christmas, and winter themes. Both outdoor and indoor scenes would be so much fun because there are already sooooo many cute stamp sets to use! And I would like to see more patterned paper pads!

Thanks to the design team for all the fun inspiration this week!

  40. I’d love to see more cold climate forest creatures, like more moose representation (there was a little moose in the ‘Simply celebrate: winter critters’, but there hasn’t been any full size mooses in while!). And personally, I can never have enough of the adorable bears!! 🐻

  41. I am a traditionalist and would love to see a nativity set with fun critters looking on. I love the yeti! So fun seeing him on the beach.

  42. I would love to see more Thanksgiving stuff. Also a critter nativity would be adorable. Maybe dress the snowglobes up for other holidays?

    I

  48. You always come up with things I didn’t know I needed! Lol!
I love just about all fall and winter themed items!

  53. I would love to see a paper piercing cat with a witch hat, and a paper piercing dog with a Santa hat, and make them interchanging please!

  54. I’d like to see some zoo animals in next year’s fall and winter sets. Like aardvark, lemurs, tigers, komodo dragons, beetles, cranes, etc. The yeti above is really cure and fun!!

  55. You have created so many great sets already! I really like the interactive card dies. How about something in the slimline size? Keep up the great work!

  56. I love the Yeti, and a nutcracker in the same paper pierced style would be so much fun. A football theme would be great for fall, maybe even with tigers. I’d also love sentiments for December memory keeping. Christmas crafting is my favorite, so I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

  57. I too think nativity could be cool. Might be cool to have the mice dressed up as the people. And the regular animals appropriate lawn fawn styled animal versions of themselves. Ooo camels would be cool!

I also liked the idea of a Christmas add on for the tractor. Looking forward to see what’s in the spring version.

  58. More tiny friends sports characters and Thanksgiving dinner theme. Thank you for all the fun inspiration and chances to win awesome products.

  59. I would love to see something Nativity themed for Christmas and some more penguins. For Halloween, a tractor add on. For fall, a Thanksgiving feast.

Thank you, LF & design team for reviewing & designing a fabulous Winter Release 2023. 💗🎅🎄🤶💗

Christmas: Santa’s elves making the toys, packing the sleigh, helping Mrs. Claus bake, Santa checking the list of good girls and boys, Background stamps showing the North Pole: the toy shop, the stable, Santa’s house, the bunk house for the elves, the cook’s shanty, etc.

  65. I would still love to see more “full size” people sets. A new batch of costume party kids, a full sized farmer family, that sort of thing.

  66. I would like to see more of the arctic / snow animals in holiday garb…. a polar bear, an elk, a moose, etc. wearing long knit hat w/ pompom (like skiers wear) or a Santa-style hat….

Nativity-themed characters would be good (cutesy – the mice or cats/dogs)…
I collect nutcrackers, so a good-sized nutcracker for paper piecing would be great. Or a beautiful angel for paper piecing…

    Lori S in PA

  67. I love sea creatures and fantasy, so more Halloween and Christmas with them would be incredible! I love the yeti ♥

  68. I’d love to see a large paper piercing maple leaf die. Something where we could add all sorts of different fun fall colours to it.

  69. That Yeti is awesome! I’d like to see more Paper Piecing product that matches the already released stamps like Penguin, Winter Fairy, or the old Winter Bunny.

  70. Everything you do is adorable and I’ll love it all. I love the critters playing in leaves, I love the stitched pumpkins/gourds/leaves, scripty fonts and I love paper piecing and hot foil. Surprise me!

  71. I love the idea of big leaves that you can paper piece, penguin dies and an add on set for the snowmen with different clothes you can dress them up in!

  72. I would like to see more penguins, and a theme of across the miles. I send a lot of Christmas cards overseas so would like to see some sentiments and perhaps a globe/postage themes. And just generally, being as I am Australian, would like to see more Aussie/UK spelling alternatives for words.

  73. I would like to see a signpost with various sayings for different holidays and events. Santa’s workshop, reindeer crossing, Mrs. Claus’ kitchen,
