  1. Wow, what a great tag idea! I love the idea of smudging some white ink onto the chalkboard-painted paper to make the chalk effect more prominent. If I had kids, I would totally do this for teacher gifts. 🙂

  2. This is so fun to watch! I've wanted to try the chalk board paint, but kind of never got around to it. Now, I really, really wanna give it a try. I'm sure the possibilities are endless, and I never would have thought of using stamps with it. Eeek! I'm excited to try it! Thanks for the video 😀

  3. The packages are so cute. And I could use brown paper rather than having to worry about coordinating my paper, ribbons, embellishments, etc. Thanks for the idea.

  4. Clever idea! I never would have thought to smudge white ink on there to make it look like a used chalkboard…that little step is genius…it really adds some realism to those tags! Thanks so much for the video!

  5. Hi all,
What a fun project! I just got back from my local craft store with a bottle of chalkboard paint! Woo-Hoo!!! I can't wait to get started on these tags! Thanks so much for the video tutorial, Yainea!!!

  6. These tags are just fantastic…. hmmmmmmmm I wonder how many I can get done and on packages (that I've not started wrapping yet!) Oh yeah….. just another project!!!

  7. thanks for this video. I didn't even know there was "chalkboard paint" so this was really fun to learn about. the may arts ribbon….so gorgeous! love it very much.

  8. I am loving this idea. I think these would make really nice ornaments as well. Thanks for the inspiration, the easy to follow tutorial as well as the chance to win some yummy May Arts ribbon!

  9. I love the idea of using chalkboard paint. I love your holiday stamps. Too bad, my first and only Lawn Fawn stamp is not a holiday one. Thanks for your inspiring video.
