Today is our showcase of the Open Me and its coordinating dies and Fancy Lattice Backdrop! Get ready to celebrate spring! Don’t judge a card by it’s cover! This stamp set is perfect for cards that have something special inside, like a pop-up or interactive element. This backdrop die makes a beautiful background with an intricate lattice design for a standard-sized card! The design team has made the most amazing samples!
The Fancy Lattice Backdrop looks amazing with a gorgeous watercolor panel layered behind! Kay added one of our Layered Butterflies in coordinating blue and green watercolor to finish this stunning card design!
Megan added two sentiments from Open Me to make the recipient of this extraordinary Out of This World card knows that there is something fun awaiting them on the inside!
The Open Me conversation continues on the inside where Megan doubled-down on cuteness using the Stitched Hillside Pop-Up die! She added images from Beam Me Up and Beep Boop Birthday to round out this awesome dimensional scene!
Latisha shows how to dress up a sweet and simple card design with sparkle! She die cut the Fancy Lattice Backdrop from Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock and layered it over a white cardbase. The whimsical green Llama Tell You llama adds a pop of color along with cute little hearts and the Aquamarine bow!
Wow! Elise created another stunning and simple card set for Inspiration Week! This set is so gorgeous with the layers of Spring Sparkle and pretty new cardstock colors off-set to give the Fancy Lattice Backdrop lots of awesome dimension! The cards are finished with Scripty Thanks and a Wavy Sayings sentiment on Fancy Wavy Banners!
You know something fun is happening inside Yainea‘s cute RAWRSOME card design with a couple prompts from Open Me!
The dinosaurs are hanging out in a Shadow Box Card with trees and grass from the Park Add-On set! I love how Yainea extended the card sides to have more room for the dinosaurs to roam and also to keep the shadow box inside hidden!
White tone on tone never looked so elegant! Audrey layered a white Fancy Lattice Backdrop on her white card and added a white Fancy Wavy Banner stamped with Manatee ink! To add even more special detail, Audrey die cut the solid Layered Butterfly with Pixie Dust card and finished her card with some iridescent bubbles!
Chari‘s cute Butterfly Kisses scene looks adorable framed with a Fancy Lattice Backdrop! She used an interesting color combination of Narwhal and Apricot cardstock on the layered backdrop!
Megan‘s amazing light up Mushroom House card gets some help prompting the recipient from both Open Me and Push Here! She used Chibitronics to give her card a cool interactive element!
Melissa created a gorgeous card with a Hawaiian theme using Scripty Aloha and Pretty Poppies! The Fancy Lattice Backdrop in glittery gold Sparkle cardstock looks amazing layered over Paper bag cardstock, wow that is so amazing!
Elena‘s intricate background uses a great inlaid die technique. She die cut the Fancy Lattice Backdrop in white and colored the individual pieces before piecing it all back together on the card base! Her cute Llama Tell You scene fits into the Shadow Box Card Park Add-on half circle that was die cut into the backdrop!
Chari‘s beautiful rainbow mini card started with Really Rainbow paper layered with a Fancy Lattice Backdrop, then folded in half to create the card base. A pretty Fancy Wavy Banner adds a pop of white to the bold card!
Inside, Chari included a beautiful Pop-Up Butterfly with gorgeous watercolor wings!
Jenn‘s pretty card uses a message on the Open Me sign post to encourage the recipient to open the card! The beautiful Pop-Up Butterfly inside doesn’t disappoint!
Megan added pops of color to her pretty white Fancy Lattice Backdrop with bright little triangle shapes! Her adorable Magic Picture Changer birthday card looks great on the special background!

Hope you keep feeling better Kelly Marie! Don’t worry about a video, the DT has given me plenty of beautiful cards to drool over! I haven’t made any interactive cards yet, but I think they’re super cool. One of these days I’ll get around to making one!
OMG!!!I truly love this release!! All of the interaction cards are fabulous and so fun!
Yes I have made an interactive card before and can’t wait to buy the new ones from you!!
I’ve never made an interactive card but I just bought the Magic Picture Changer die & Get Well Before & Afters yesterday at my lss & plan to make several next weekend during my crop weekend!! I can’t wait!!
Yes. I love making interactive cards.
Yes, I’ve made many of your interactive cards. I really like the double sliders and then wheelie cards.
I have made interactive cards before and want to do it more often! Love the lattice backdrop! So elegant!!
Yes ! The pivot pop-up is awesome but i ends up being a little bulky.
I just woke up, so I haven’t made any cards yet! 🙂
Not only have I purchased Lawn Fawn interactive dies, I’ve actually used them. So far the line-up includes a few Magic Color Slider cards, some Reveal Wheels, Shadow Box Cards, Scalloped Pop-up box cards and just this past weekend, my sister and I made a Magic Picture Changer card for her grandson’s 3rd birthday. Given that I am the person most likely to buy supplies and not use them, the above is quite an accomplishment for me. LOL! Making interactive cards brings me great joy, so thank you for all the awesome ways to make these and for the great tutorials giving me the inspiration and confidence to do so.
What an amazing release. So many wonderful stamps, dies and paper.
Hope you are feeling better today!
I have made lots of interactive cards! Your dies make it so easy! Thanks for another fabulous week of inspiration – your DT is awesome!
Hope you are on the mend and that you’ll get your voice back soon! Good too rest it!!! I have made lots of interactive cards, thanks to all of Lawn Fawn dies!!! wow those cards blow me away! i have used the tiny pop up box to make an interactive card: a brown box with rainbow hearts bursting out; it makes people go woooow when they open it i’m so happy
Great week of great ideas and fun cards!
Yes! I’ve made a shadow box card one time. It was a lot of fun! I super love the cards from today! I especially loved Megan’s card. Thanks for sure such cuties! 🙂
Lawn Fawn makes it super easy to make interactive cards. I have made a couple of reveal wheel cards and now that I have the template, it is even easier to stamp the sentiments on the wheel. I have also made a pop up card and plan on experimenting more with that. And I’m very interested in trying the Chibitronics on a card. Something to “brighten” up someone’s day. Thanks for all the inspiration!!!!
I love interactive cards! They are just extra special and really wow the recipient. I love the dinosaur card and space boy card. Stunning!!!
I enjoy making & giving interactive cards….thanks to Lawn Fawn that is! I love that shadow box card…..yikes, that’s cool!
Love interactive cards! Totally amazing!
If shaker cards count as interactive then yes I have!
I haven’t made an interactive card as of yet. I am taking a Lawn Fawn class in April and I can’t wait.
I love making interactive cards. Still getting the hang of the new magic picture changer but I finally used my shadow box dies and I love them as well as my fancy scalloped box. Love the double slider and I can’t wait to use my butterfly pop up!
I enjoy making interactive cards. I used the pull tab from “Let’s Toast” to make one of a kind Valentines for my grandchildren with various critters popping out of hearts. They were so cute! I have also made Magic Color Slider and Magic Picture Changer cards. So fun!
I love that fancy lattice background, and butterfly die! I have made a couple interactive cards, but apparently our parents are simple people, and they were confused haha 🙂
That lattice backdrop is so elegant looking, love it! I have made a couple of interactive cards. I did a fidget spinner card for a teacher I work with. It was fun to make and fun to play with! I have been intimidated by them in the past, but I am finding they aren’t so hard to do. I plan on making more in the future.
I have only ever made two or three interactive cards. I should do some more.
I’ve only made a few interactive cards at home myself, but I was lucky to get to take Kelly’s class this past weekend at Simon Says Create and got to make several interactive cards. So much fun and will make more at home now.
I have made an interactive card at a Jenn Shurkus class! Using lawn fawn products, of course! Thanks for the chance to win!! Gorgeous lattice projects!
I love the new background, it’s so pretty! I have made some “simple” interactive cards, with cars that move and things like that. I love the magic slider, I have that on my wish list! 🙂
Just made shaker cards twice.
😍😍 Lovely background
Generally, I’m not big into making interactive cards, but I have made a few now that I got the let’s toast pop-up tab- it’s such an easy die to use! I love it!

I’d rather the card did something than
just be a square. Fantastic release.

I have not made many interactive cards. But I make a lot of cards
I’ve never made an interactive card, but all of the wonderful examples make it look so tempting!
The majority of the cards I make are interactive. I love the “wow!” effect when friends and family open them. My love of interactive cards is linked with my love of pop-up books. My latest purchase was your pop-up butterfly. Your Fancy Lattice Background would be a wonderful addition to cards too…so versatile.
Great cards I love all the different designs and styles. I love to do interactive cards. They are so fun to do and play with.
I have made many interactive cards, and my favorite to make are those that are made easier through the use of dies, like all of the Lawn Fawn interactive card dies–I think I own all of them!
Love it all!!! I have made the scallop pop up box card several times, it is always so much fun to make and give away.
So sad to see inspiration week coming to an end but excited for all the winners!!!!

Though I love them, I have never made an interactive card. I think I was maybe a little scared of trying to figure them out, but after watching your video on how to do it, I may give it a shot. Love the new release.
Loving the large butterfly die, can’t wait to try that on a few birthday cards. The very first card I ever ever made was an interactive explosion card. I was petrified but my son had chosen that style & that was that. It turned ok & worked fine but looking back at it now it’s a bit ropey.hehehe. Thank you for sharing all these stunning new products.
I have never made an interactive card before, but I would love to try.
What a fabulous week of inspiration. I am addicted to making your interactive cards. My favourites are the shadow box and the pop up box. I am making Mother’s Day cards right now with the Fab Flowers sets and going to make them into fun bouquets in the pop up boxes.

The lattice background is so beautiful. I can’t wait to try all kinds of white backgrounds. The “old”shaker card is my go-to but I like to spend time with the pivot pop up. We’ve had the cough and sore throat here all week – I hope you didn’t catch it from us!
