Lawn Fawn Video {9.26.19} Mindy Tells a Halloween Story with Flippin’ Awesome!

Mindy joins us today to share a fun Flippin’ Awesome Halloween card featuring Yeti or Not! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Mindy set the scene for her “Halloween story” with awesome ink-blending and a beautifully splattered starry sky! She combined images from Yeti or Not, Happy Harvest, Pick of the Patch, Spooky Village and Spooktacular! She added the Spooky Fence Border cut from black glitter cardstock; so much sparkly fun!

Mindy’s cute story unfolds on each flap as her yeti brings home the pumpkins then carves them into jack o’ lanterns for Halloween!

Birthday Card Inspiration with Jess!

Our Fawnie, Jess, joins us today with some versatile and fun birthday card ideas!

For this sweet Reveal Wheel design, Jess used the cute little bunny from Upon a Star to “make a birthday wish”! She used the Reveal Wheel Square Add-On and the Speech Bubble Add-On along with the Essential Shapes Template! I love how she used the sentiments from Tiny Tag Sayings: Birthday to fill the Reveal Wheel window, they fit perfectly!

Jess using our Woodgrain cardstock in the charcoal color as the card base! It looks so amazing with how she colored the bunny and gives the card a bit of a masculine look that makes it great for celebrating the guys in your life!

Jess stamped her image with River Rock ink! She then used Copic markers for coloring with a soft look!

This birthday card is so striking with its accents of gold and black stripes! Jess started with Gold Rush cardstock die cut with a Stitched Rectangle Stackables die. Then she added diagonal stripes of Black Licorice cardstock for a bold graphic design! She die cut the Scripty Happy die then made it special with a few coats of Gold Embossing Powder!
