Chari stenciled the Outside In Stitched Balloons using the Hillside Stencils to create beautiful color and pattern! The birthday greeting combines Big Scripty Words and Happy Happy Happy Add-On: Family! I love how she added Stitched Bouncy Trails to the background to give the suggestion of clouds!
