Lawn Fawn Intro: Slide on Over Maze

Hello and welcome to our May Mini Release! Our mini release is now available at lawnfawn.com and your favorite stores, and we are so excited to share these fun new products with you this week!

We are switching things up for this special mini release: our release and Inspiration Week are starting on the same day! Even though it’s a different type of release week, there will still be giveaways, of course! We are giving away ALL of the products of this mini release to one winner each day so be sure to comment on each post this week! Also, keep a look out for our big Summer release in mid June!

and today’s post!

Today is our showcase of Slide on Over Maze! This die set is so fun and versatile! It’s perfect combined with Village Heroes and lots of other sets to make slider cards, or use the fun shape to fill with shaker bits!

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end showcasing some fun ways of using this new die! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

Elise created a fun little slider for the Village Heroes vehicles using Slide On Over Maze as the roads! I love how she added grass detail with the Grassy Hillside Stencils!

Grace used Village Heroes as well, but she made her card a shaker. She added little beads to make a fun interactive design! I love the colorful Really Rainbow paper showing through the maze!

Megan created a shaker maze toy using large beads to roll through the Slide On Over Maze! With the cute Ahoy Matey images, this is such a fun treasure hunt idea for kids!

This lovely card by Latisha uses the maze as pretty detail with the colorful Fab Flowers! I love how she used Spring Fling papers and stamped the flowers to match!

Elise used the Slide On Over Maze cut out to pair with an “aMAZEing” punny greeting! She used Riley’s ABCs to stamp the custom message!

Audrey‘s adorable card features A Bug Deal and Hey Lady! The sentiment from Hey Lady is perfect with this fun maze design!

Mindy used Slide On Over Maze for a fun road trip scene in the jungle with the Car Critters, Critters in the Jungle and Elphie Selfie!

I love how Kara combined the Village Heroes siren sentiment with the “translation” from Critter Chatter. This Happy Village is so fun!

Elise used Slide On Over Maze with Swan Soirée to create a super clever slider design for a wedding card! I love how she made the background look like water using little wave stamps from Ahoy Matey!

Tammy‘s Car Critters card is so charming! This would be so perfect for Father’s Day!

Today is our showcase of Large Slimline with Sliders, Small Slimline with Lift the Flaps and Slimline Stitched Hillside Borders! We are so excited about these new Slimline die sets for making cards to fit standard business size envelopes with standard postage! Mix and match these sets for lots of creative possibilities!

Tammy‘s adorable little town combines Village Heroes with Happy Village! She used dies from both the Large Slimline set and the Small Slimline set along with the Slimline Stitched Hillside Borders set. For the Road Border and Grassy Border she cut them twice and pieced them together for more length.

Grace‘s card is Out of This World! She featured the Small Slimline with Lift the Flaps to create a fun outer space theme with the cute Beam Me Up aliens hidden beneath the flaps!

Kara‘s brilliant interactive card uses the Large Slimline with Sliders on a vertical design! The Car Critters bear family is out for a drive but the kids in the backseat might need more supervision!

Latisha created a sweet set of thank you note cards by folding the Large Slimline die in half! Such a great idea to get more crafty possibilities from a slimline die! She used Cloudy Stencil to make the colorful clouds in the background the used Village Heroes images and sentiments to finish this adorable card set!

Tammy‘s Ahoy Matey card has a cool treasure map design on the Lift the Flaps panel! I bet there is a treasure hidden under one of the flaps!

Audrey used the Slimline Stitched Hillside Border to create the ocean floor! A longer slimline design like this gives plenty of space to fill up with cute ocean critters!

Yainea‘s vertical scene combines Village Heroes with Get Well Soon! She used Thank You Border to honor the selfless work of health care workers!

Kara‘s slider card has a cool nighttime backdrop with a sentiment from Super Star! I love how she white embossed the Village Heroes images and painted them with watercolor!

Mindy ink blended an amazing backdrop and pretty rolling hills for her encouraging Plane and Simple design! I love how she layered the stitched slimline panels to create a white frame for her colorful scene!

Rebecca’s fun slider design inspired Chari to make a card with a Village Heroes firefighter theme for today’s video!

Tammy used the Slimline Stitched Hillside Borders dies to make a sandy beach and rolling waves!

The long shape of Elise‘s slimline card let her add lots of colorful Car Critters cars and a long sentiment!

Jenn’s Small Slimline with Lift the Flaps card has a sweet and dreamy design! She filled the flaps with rainbows and fairies and puffy clouds, and she didn’t forget the Chunky Glitter!

Today is our showcase of Car Critters and its coordinating dies along with Reveal Wheel Car Critters Add-On and Reveal Wheel Templates: Car Critters Add-On! This fun car themed set has cute little critters and great sentiments for Father’s Day! With the Reveal Wheel Car Critters Add-On you can easily create fun interactive cards and the Reveal Wheel Templates: Car Critters Add-On makes it so easy to line everything up!

Elise created a beautiful Car Critters scene with an inky tree-lined road! Her card looks like a fun Polaroid photo! I love how she used Oliver’s Stitched ABCs in black shimmery cardstock to spell out Dad!

The cute giraffe from Critters on the Savanna and his rhino friend from Big Thanks set the scene for a fun Car Critters safari! Mindy used the Reveal Wheel Car Critters Add-on with changing scenes to show that the little bears are having a great time on their adventure!

Megan‘s wedding card is just too adorable! This happy couple is taking off on a honeymoon road trip as the Reveal Wheel shows snippets of time along the way! Megan used Big Scripty Words for the congrats and added cute little wedding accessories from Bicycle Built for You.

Grace‘s design celebrates Father’s Day with a fun outdoorsy Reveal Wheel! She used Happy Happy Happy to add the great greeting!

Tammy‘s slimline beach scene is the perfect place for the Car Critters to park and consult the map! She used the Large and Small Slimline sets to create the frame and Slimline Stitched Hillside Borders create the sand and the waves in the ocean! I love how she framed the scene with the palm trees!

Kara created an amazing Reveal Wheel design using the Reveal Wheel Car Critters Add-On! I love the beautiful tree-lined street made with Shadow Box Card Park Add-On and Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Landscape!

There’s bumper to bumper traffic to send a friendly hello on Elise‘s adorable slimline design! The Car Critters are ready for a fun road trip or a night at the drive-in in their brightly colored cars!

Audrey‘s nighttime Car Critters scene features Simple Puffy Cloud Frames and a beautifully inky night sky!

Lynnette combined Oliver’s Stitched ABCs with the fun punny sentiment to make this happy Dad’s Day card! I love the bright and sunny Hello Sunshine Remix paper in the background!

Latisha stenciled a beautiful cloudy backdrop for her light-hearted and fun shaker design! Such a fun way to let dad know how much you appreciate him! I love the cool colors she used for the car!

Chari‘s Reveal Wheel card is so adorable! She combined papers from Hello Sunshine Remix to add lots of happy color to this fun friendship design!
