  1. I find making cards quite relaxing so I make sure to take my time assembling a special birthday card that I’m sure the recipent will love. So to me all my birthday cards are unique. I also adore Latisha’s rainbow card.

  2. Can’t point out any special birthday-cards, but the LATEST one is for my husband made with the Maze-slider, stamps from Smooth Sailing, Finstastic Friends, You Are Sublime and Mermaid for You with a sailing boat, a submarine and a moray (or is it an eel, hm…) as moving parts. Like those pop-ups, but haven’t got any. Yet!

Every card I make, I try to make special, as I mostly make cards with their recipients in mind, but the most special card, I guess, was one for my Granny’s 80th birthday. 30. Birthday cards I make for my boys are always special. Thank you for the chance to win and all the inspiration.

  31. So many beautiful designs with this release! Most of the cards that I make are for either Cards for Hospitalized Kids or Cards for Kindness. Because we were quarantining this year, I did make my daughter a birthday pop-up box card.

  32. I try to make something extra special for my kids and my husband every year. They’re always impressed by an interactive card.

  33. I make birthday cards for my daughter to match her party theme. This year I duplicated the Cinderella carriage magic iris card.

  34. Very cute and crafty cards! My favorite card I have made recently is between a new grand baby for our nephew and his wife( they are our age 😍) and a congratulations to our son and his significant other on our new granddaughter due in August!!

  35. Birthday cards are so much fun to make! I like to think that all the ones I make are special because the work that goes into making them is worth it knowing that they will brighten someone’s day! That being said, my favorite cards that I have ever made were not birthday cards but interactive wiper cards that were sent to the children who endured the horrendous Camp fire in California a while ago.

  36. I recently made a birthday 🎂 card for my mom. She turned 85. I am working on another card for her because I sent her one, but she arrives today to visit with us. ☺ So this one I plan to hand to her. I mainly make cards for her that involve flowers. But she likes the beach so maybe I can whip that up in time! My MIL has a birthday later in the month and I am gonna make something more that she can feel. She is legally blind and can not see anything anymore and I am not so sure how good my FIL is about explaining what it is she is looking at. Hence me wanting her to feel it. 😂. Enjoying all the fun pop ups and scripty words!!!

  37. A friend asked me to make a card for her cousin’s 75th and include a “golden ticket,” which was for a trip to Morocco!

  42. Fabulous inspiration again today! Love the pop up text! Hmmm, I consider all the birthday cards I make to be special as they are all going to loved ones. One of the most special cards was the last card I made for my father in law last year. It was one of my favourite card designs and I knew likely the last card I would make for him.

  43. Today is my hubby’s birthday, so it would be this one. Seems every card becomes my favorite because each one is different and reminds me of that person. I love you! )

  46. I always seem to have a challenge getting birthday cards made for my daughter and her boyfriend! Their birthdays are both in November and things are always hectic right before the holidays. Last year I made them balloon cards, each in a color theme I thought they’d like. They were really festive and cheery.

  47. I try and put all of my love and efforts into each card to make them special, but I especially like the magic iris cards.

    1. I just started papercrafting last year so for my husband’s birthday I wanted to make the perfect card. I ended up making half a dozen of them because none of them felt good enough for him. In the end I gave them all to him and told him why there were so many.

  51. You really hit my sweet spot with these – I make more birthday cards than anything else except Christmas. But i surely make many more different kinds of birthday cards. Love, love, love all of these darling cards by the LF Design Team. There is only only problem……how to choose!

  52. I made a magic picture changer card with 2 very important sentiments and surrounded it with a garden of flowers. It was a birthday card for a woman who runs a very important soup kitchen and food bank from all of the volunteers (my mum being one of them).

  53. I have used the let’s toast pull tab add-on to have candles pop out of a cake – that was for my son’s 30th birthday! loving the reveals as usual!

  58. I love interactive cards. One if the things I love about Lawn Fawn. I like to give a special card to show how much I care about the recipient. Which make interactive birthday cards like these perfect. I want the whole lawn fawn catalog.

  59. I once made a motocycle-theme card for a girl friend who loves to ride and has her own bike, and made it with lots of feminine swirls and flourishes on it and she kept it on display for an entire year. I really loved it and obviously she did too!

  60. My husband’s great grandmother is turning 94 (!) in a few weeks. Can’t visit due to the pandemic So I’ve made a special reveal wheel card using the new puffy cloud insert and swan Soirée set. I also used the watercolor wishes paper. It’s so soft and pretty!

  68. So…because my dogs are my life…my most special birthday card was made for my doggie to give to her sister (from her litter). 73. I made a beautiful card for my mum’s 70th birthday this year, but due to coronavirus I couldn’t see her open it. I’m sure she loved it!

  74. I think all of the cards I make are special.
I try to design them to the recipient’s tastes

I love all the inspiration in this post… the beautiful clouds, sand castle & sandy letters, the octopus juggling the cupcakes and the cake made of cheese… great job designers!!!!

  91. I feel like every birthday card is special, but I did just make several cards for my in-laws because they’re unable to get out of their house to shop for birthday cards anymore. I figured it would kill two birds with one stone by making the cards for the family and they send them out. Everyone prefers theirs cards because there’s always money in it. 🤣

  92. I made a card for my daughters 39th birthday that turned out pretty nice. That was my most recent. Love the new dies

  118. Fantastic samples! This looks like such a fun release. Oh my, birthday cards, I ave made so many. This month was a heavy birthday month. I have started making light up cards and everyone adores them.

  119. Wow what awesome card designs! I hope someday I can make such creative cards. Would love to make Kara’s sandy beach wish big card.

  120. Probably the most special birthday card I made recently was for my father-in-law, who (with the help of my husband giving hints), teamed up with my mother-in-law to gift me FIVE Lawn Fawn stamp sets for my 40th birthday!! It was so generous and so kind; I knew I would have to make him a birthday card the following month using one of the sets he gave me. I chose Out of This World because he’s a retired teacher, and because the planets, adorable rocket, and astronaut are so fun. I used the reverse scalloped circles to create two mini scenes that peeked out, and Oliver’s Stitched ABC’s for an extra “blast” of fun. He loved it! And that was all that mattered 🙂

  121. These cards are blowing my mind. They all look so amazing. Wish to get these dies ASAP and make beautiful cards.

  122. I just made my niece a birthday card using the Happy Birthday pop-up and the cupcake dies and then I scraplifted one of the cards from your page and had the dandy lion mice blowing out the candle on the cupcake. So cute

  127. Oh my a special birthday card I have made! I have made so many. The one the stands out right now, is the latest one I made, for my Grandma. It was a beachy scene. So pretty!

  128. Love all of the projects! I made a shadow box birthday card for my sister’s last birthday, and she loved it!

  129. I recently made an INTERACTIVE MONKEY SWINGING CARD for my sister…. I found it really cute….. And oh ! Which lawn fawn card isn’t cute !!
