Today we have a fun treat! Chari has put together a photo tutorial for a simple ribbon card set. These are easy to do and fun to make. This set would be perfect to give as a gift, too! You could also use patterned paper in place of the ribbon! 🙂
These are the supplies you will need: Sophie’s Sentiments, 2 sheets of 8.5″x11″ cardstock, ribbon, scissors, ink, acrylic block and adhesive. I love that you could make these on the go!
The cards are 4.25″ tall x 3″ wide. You can get three of these out of one 8.5″x11″ of cardstock! Cut your ribbons and arrange your colors.
Add adhesive to your ribbons. This stuff by Glue Arts is awesome but you could also use a tape runner, glue, red line tape, etc.
Adhere them to your card and trim.
You can also put some matte multi-medium on the edges so they don’t fray. I love this tip! Thanks, Chari!
Stamp your sentiment.
Voila! You are done!
Aren’t these adorable? Thanks so much for the tutorial, Chari!
Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,
These look fun and really easy to make. You could even use washi tape on them.

What an awesome way to create a quick set of cards to give as a gift! Love the tip on controlling the frayed edges. I'll need to get me some of that matte multi-medium (: I think I'll be trying this project out this weekend! As always, I LOVE your posts–and anything Lawn Fawn for that matter!!! ♥
