Embellishing for the cure

**I posted twice today. Please scroll down to see the other post**
Here is my second Embellish the Cure color challenge card. I made this one with my mother in mind. She likes lots of bling and detail! I thought it would be perfect to represent her. (Scroll down for my grandmother’s card)These colors and photos are gorgeous for this challenge!
I decided to make a distressed flower but have the flower be the actual card! I sloppy cut the three outer circles and distressed them with my Tonic distresser and then rolled up the edges. I adhered them together with different heights of foam adhesive.
To create the card I cut two circles with my nestabilities and adhered them together to make a card like I did in this video. Then I adhered that to the back of my flower. I think this is such a fun shaped card!
The center circle was punched and then I added clear, pink and hot pink gems to the center. That was so much fun to do! I distressed it also. I then cut some leaves and distressed those also. I can’t believe how much I distressed. I had so much fun doing it! Maybe I’ll go on a distressing kick. You never know! 🙂

Also, please go over and vote for me (Kelly Alvarez) at Torendi! Help me get on the Torendi design team! I want this so much! Thank you!!!! Gracias!!!!
