Jessica’s Graduation Pull ‘n Slide Surprise Card

Jessica created a personalized graduation card with a fun Pull ‘n Slide Surprise interactive element! She also included a Money Pocket on the inside for giving a gift.

This graduate must be a real “star”! Jessica combined the cap and glasses from Woodland Critter Huggers Graduation Add-On with a gold sparkle Outside In Stitched Star! She inked the background and the Pull ‘n Slide Surprise panels with Distress Oxide ink. Then she splattered Black Licorice Re-inker on the yellow, and metallic white paint on the blue.

Under the slider, Jess paired the cute Little Woodland Library Friends hedgehog and pun. I love the Fruit Salad gingham grass! And at the top of the slider, she stamped congrats from Simply Celebrate Graduation. And there’s also an instruction for the recipient from Push Here stamped on the tab.

Jess used a panel of acetate on the folded panel to attach the Oliver’s Stitched ABCs letters so they seem to float above the grad cap!

On the inside, Jess added a Money Pocket, cut from Textured Dot cardstock from the Gemstone pack. The gold glitter button ties in with sparkly star and letters.

This is such a fun and creative graduation card! Thank you so much for the inspiration, Jessica!

Lawn Fawn Video {12.24.24} Joy’s Little Letter Valentine Card

It’s Christmas Eve and hopefully everyone’s holiday cards are made and sent! So, Joy has some brilliant Valentine’s Day inspiration for you featuring Little Letter in a “husband approved” masculine style! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Joy created a masculine style for her Valentine card using a limited color palette and woodgrain cardstock. Although the used hearts with Quilted Heart Backdrop: Landscape, cutting it from woodgrain textured cardstock gives it a masculine look. Then she carried the woodgrain to extra hearts and the pen.

She die-cut the Little Letter envelope and the Lacy Rectangle from white Textured Dot cardstock and brought in color with Oliver’s Stitched ABCs in Chili Pepper red cardstock. And I love how she cut the little love notes from lined paper found in the Sweater Weather Petite paper pack. Then to finish the card she stamped “I Love You” from Sweet Strawberry in Lobster ink, it’s the perfect shade of red!

Thank you so much for this fabulous inspiration, Joy!

Lawn Fawn Video {11.19.24} Joy’s Stunning Stitched Poinsettia Holiday Card

Joy has inked up an amazing holiday card with dies and stenciling! She combined Stitched Poinsettia with Snowflake Background Stencils and the result is a stunning design! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Joy started with ink-blending the background and then using Snowflake Background Stencils she added glittery Fairy Dust stencil paste snowflakes. While the background dried, she inked and assembled the pretty Stitched Poinsettia flowers. She arranged them on a Stitched Scalloped Circle Frame and then added the Oliver’s Stitched ABCs greeting.

I love the addition of the Fairy Dust Stencil Paste on the petals and leaves! It’s such a great detail and looks like glittery frost!

Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous card with us today, Joy!
