Caly’s multi-panel Flippin’ Awesome card tells a sweet story with every flip! It’s a love story of course, ending with a happy hug! Caly took the time to plan out each piece of the story before stamping and coloring the Scent with Love images!
I love how Caly used all the skunks in both Scent with Love and the Scent with Love Add-On set! The heart garland, the rose and the bow in the girl’s hair keep the continuity up on each panel. This is so adorable, Caly!
And now let’s check out Renata’s Christmas card!
Renata created a tall slimline design that is filled with lots of snowy fun! She featured penguins from both Penguin Party and Here We Go A-Waddling!
Happy Christmas Eve to all our friends who are celebrating today! Mona is back with another fantastic card design! This time she puts her amazing coloring skills to work making a How You Bean Mint Add-On jar!
And of course, there has to be critters! Mona featured the cute Scent with Love skunks!
Mona brought those mints to life with her awesome coloring! She gave them depth and so much shine along with some sweet smiley faces! She filled in the space with snowflake “cookies” using How You Bean Star Add-On. And I love how she used the scalloped heart from Scent with Love to create the heart-shaped cookie! And then she used the candy cane and marshmallows from Thanks a Latte to finish her sweet design!

Today is our showcase of Quilted Heart Backdrop: Landscape and Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait! These Quilted Heart Backdrop dies make a charming background for a standard size card. The Landscape and Portrait versions have a slight difference in the size of the diagonal stitching and hearts to give you more design flexibility!

Quilted Heart Backdrop: Landscape makes a perfect base for Elena‘s cute Valentine! The bright red with the white hearts peeking through helps the Giant Be My Valentine and adorable Scent with Love skunk send so much love!
Megan used Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait to add some serious charm to her sweet and punny card! She cut the backdrop from kraft cardstock and then layered it over Chili Pepper to create that sweet, heart pattern! That Baaah Humbug sheep is so versatile, jumping from Christmas to Valentine’s Day!
How adorable is Latisha‘s RAWR Flip-Flop design! I love how she placed the cute dinosaur on the Giant XOXO! She gave the Quilted Heart Backdrop: Landscape a lovely ombré look with some ink blending, it looks so pretty!
Audrey‘s ocean themed Valentine uses Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait in a very clever way! She added lots of texture to the background by keeping the hearts attached. Then she stenciled the fun ocean waves and currents before assembling the ocean critters around the Giant Be My Valentine!
Grace used the Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait as pretty pattern in the background of her “scentsational” design! I love how she added the striped awning to the Window Frame and then filled the shelves with bottles of perfume or maybe “love potions” from Purrfectly Wicked!
Elise‘s pair of cards are so clever! She gave the Quilted Heart Backdrop dies a unique look by adding an embossing mat to the “sandwich” before die cutting. This allows the die to create an embossed quilt pattern without cutting all the way through. I love the extra bling she added to the Giant XOXO and Giant Be My Valentine with Chunky Glitter! So sparkly!
Mindy created a card that is so happy and fun! Quilted Heart Backdrop: Landscape is perfect for scene cards! The heart-filled sky in the background adds lots of whimsy! Those hugging skunks are so perfect with the Giant Be My Valentine greeting!
Kara gave her layered design a pretty watercolor treatment before adding the adorable Cerealsly Awesome images and sentiments! Those warm colors are so beautiful!
