Joyce’s Festive Piñata Birthday Card

We are so excited, and we can’t wait to show you what we have been working on for Spring 2023! Join us for Spring Inspiration & Release Week starting February 15! For a sneak peek, check out our Reel at Instagram HERE!

Joyce joins us today with a festive birthday card! She featured the Year Seven piñata in a fun birthday party scene!

Joyce created this birthday party scene with lots of cute mice from Scootin’ By, Really High Five, Dandy Day and Virtual Friends Add-On! I love how she colored the banner from Virtual Friends Add-On to coordinate with the happy colors of the piñata.

The little “birthday mouse” stands on the stool from Purrfectly Wicked to hit the piñata while all the party guests cheer him on! The branches from A Bug Deal perfectly finish the scene.

Your birthday card is so much fun, Joyce! Thank you for sharing with us!

Marine‘s pirate themed Magic Picture Changer card has so much tropical fun! As always, she combined lots of sets, including Ahoy Matey and Toucan Do It! She stenciled the background using Tropical Leaves and added a custom greeting using Henry’s ABCs.

She hid all the hearts inside the treasure chest, revealed by pulling the tab! Marine is so good at integrating the Magic Picture Changer into her scenes. Be sure to check out her playlist at our YouTube channel for even more Magic Picture Changer ideas!

Samantha stenciled Falling Hearts in white stencil paste to create the background on her inked card! Then she used a branch from A Bug Deal to hang some lemons from You’re the Zest. This design is so fresh and fun for Valentine’s Day or any day!

Audrey‘s design is so sweet! She featured the yummy treats from Sweet Friends, layering them on a Simple Stripes: Portrait background. Then she added her greeting using Giant Outlined Love Ya. It looks so amazing in black and white!

Christy‘s charming underwater card features Ocean Shell-fie! She inked and stamped an ocean background before framing the fun scene with a Heart Garland Backdrop: Landscape!

Tammy‘s happy design uses Really High Five critters with heart-shaped balloons from Scent with Love Add-On! She stenciled the background with Falling Hearts and framed her design with a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame. For her greeting, she combined Giant XOXO with a sentiment from Simply Celebrate Hearts!

I hope you have been inspired to create a Valentine or Heart Day card for our Lots of Heart Challenge at Lawn Fawnatics! There are still two more weeks to enter this challenge! We can’t wait to see your heart-filled creations!

Lawn Fawn Video {6.28.22} Marine’s Pool Party Shaker Card

The busy bees at Lawn Fawn HQ have a really fun surprise for you! Meet us right here at the blog tomorrow June 29th at 10:00AM Pacific Time for the big reveal!

Marine is with us today to share a remake of her Pool Party card from Inspiration Week! This time she will make a slimline shaker card with the sun-loving critters! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Marine used her Inspiration Week design with Stitched Pond to inspire her adorable slimline Pool Party card! But for this version she used Stitched Rectangle Frames to make a rectangle shaped pool. And she also used All the Dots paper to create the fun design for the pool floor.

As in her original design, Marine created a woodgrain pool deck with Simple Stripes: Landscape.

Marine used bright summer colors for the towels, hibiscus and pool floats! They say “summer” loud and clear! The Really High Five bunny looks so happy making a cannonball splash.

Adding cute detail to this fun composition are the tropical drink and sunscreen from the On the Beach set.

Thank you so much for sharing your bright and happy card with us today, Marine!
