Jessica’s Birthday Card Set with Cake It Easy

Jessica created a bunch of festive Cake It Easy cards with the same the design to have on hand for birthdays! It’s a super fun design and so easy for making multiples.


Starting with the background, Jessica layered a Radiant Heart Backdrop in Black Licorice cardstock over a panel of Gleeful Gradients paper. Then she cut a Stitched Rounded Rectangle and Scripty Happy from the same color paper.


She layered Scripty Happy on a Scripty Happy Outline Add-On in Holographic cardstock and added a phrase from Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Birthday on the rounded rectangle panel.


Finally, she put it all together with a cute Cake It Easy birthday cake!

Happy 2021! A Cheery Card by Renata

It’s a brand new year and Renata has a super cheerful card to welcome 2021!

The Really High Five critters are jumping for joy on Renata’s happy new year design! She gave them cute party hats and used the balloon strings as streamers to kick up their celebration! For the background, Renata ink blended on a Sparkle Backdrop then layered it on a Blue Jay cardstock card base.

For the greeting, Renata went for bold! She die cut new year using Oliver’s Stitched ABCs from Holographic cardstock. Then instead of using the cut outs, she used the negative space to spell new year! She paired this with Scripty Happy and some cool bubbles to finish this fabulous card!

Jessica’s Pretty Slimline Birthday Card

Jessica shares a beautifully creative slimline birthday card with us today! This festive party scene includes pretty succulents, a birthday cake and a piñata!

Jess started by layering a Large Slimline with Sliders with a Small Slimline with Lift the Flaps! She did some ink blending and stenciling using the Cloudy Stencil to create a pretty backdrop!

The scene comes together with Simply Celebrate Summer succulents, a cake from Birthday Before ‘n Afters and the Year Seven piñata! For even more fun and festive color, Jess added water-colored Bunting Borders and a sun from Spring Showers!

Jess combined Scripty Happy with Offset Sayings: Birthday to create a bold greeting for her beautiful birthday card!

The finishing touch is the fun and punny sentiment from Simply Summer Sentiments that Jessica stamped on the inside of the card! Too cute!
