Today is our showcase of the Open Me and its coordinating dies and Fancy Lattice Backdrop! Get ready to celebrate spring! Don’t judge a card by it’s cover! This stamp set is perfect for cards that have something special inside, like a pop-up or interactive element. This backdrop die makes a beautiful background with an intricate lattice design for a standard-sized card! The design team has made the most amazing samples!

The Fancy Lattice Backdrop looks amazing with a gorgeous watercolor panel layered behind! Kay added one of our Layered Butterflies in coordinating blue and green watercolor to finish this stunning card design!

Megan added two sentiments from Open Me to make the recipient of this extraordinary Out of This World card knows that there is something fun awaiting them on the inside!

The Open Me conversation continues on the inside where Megan doubled-down on cuteness using the Stitched Hillside Pop-Up die! She added images from Beam Me Up and Beep Boop Birthday to round out this awesome dimensional scene!

Latisha shows how to dress up a sweet and simple card design with sparkle! She die cut the Fancy Lattice Backdrop from Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock and layered it over a white cardbase. The whimsical green Llama Tell You llama adds a pop of color along with cute little hearts and the Aquamarine bow!

Wow! Elise created another stunning and simple card set for Inspiration Week! This set is so gorgeous with the layers of Spring Sparkle and pretty new cardstock colors off-set to give the Fancy Lattice Backdrop lots of awesome dimension! The cards are finished with Scripty Thanks and a Wavy Sayings sentiment on Fancy Wavy Banners!

You know something fun is happening inside Yainea‘s cute RAWRSOME card design with a couple prompts from Open Me!

The dinosaurs are hanging out in a Shadow Box Card with trees and grass from the Park Add-On set! I love how Yainea extended the card sides to have more room for the dinosaurs to roam and also to keep the shadow box inside hidden!

White tone on tone never looked so elegant! Audrey layered a white Fancy Lattice Backdrop on her white card and added a white Fancy Wavy Banner stamped with Manatee ink! To add even more special detail, Audrey die cut the solid Layered Butterfly with Pixie Dust card and finished her card with some iridescent bubbles!

Chari‘s cute Butterfly Kisses scene looks adorable framed with a Fancy Lattice Backdrop! She used an interesting color combination of Narwhal and Apricot cardstock on the layered backdrop!

Megan‘s amazing light up Mushroom House card gets some help prompting the recipient from both Open Me and Push Here! She used Chibitronics to give her card a cool interactive element!

Melissa created a gorgeous card with a Hawaiian theme using Scripty Aloha and Pretty Poppies! The Fancy Lattice Backdrop in glittery gold Sparkle cardstock looks amazing layered over Paper bag cardstock, wow that is so amazing!

Elena‘s intricate background uses a great inlaid die technique. She die cut the Fancy Lattice Backdrop in white and colored the individual pieces before piecing it all back together on the card base! Her cute Llama Tell You scene fits into the Shadow Box Card Park Add-on half circle that was die cut into the backdrop!

Chari‘s beautiful rainbow mini card started with Really Rainbow paper layered with a Fancy Lattice Backdrop, then folded in half to create the card base. A pretty Fancy Wavy Banner adds a pop of white to the bold card!

Inside, Chari included a beautiful Pop-Up Butterfly with gorgeous watercolor wings!

Jenn‘s pretty card uses a message on the Open Me sign post to encourage the recipient to open the card! The beautiful Pop-Up Butterfly inside doesn’t disappoint!

Megan added pops of color to her pretty white Fancy Lattice Backdrop with bright little triangle shapes! Her adorable Magic Picture Changer birthday card looks great on the special background!

I’m still resting my voice until it finally returns so I’m sorry that there will not be a video for today. I appreciate your understanding, thanks so much!

So far the line-up includes a few Magic Color Slider cards, some Reveal Wheels, Shadow Box Cards, Scalloped Pop-up box cards and just this past weekend, my sister and I made a Magic Picture Changer card for her grandson’s 3rd birthday. Given that I am the person most likely to buy supplies and not use them, the above is quite an accomplishment for me. LOL! 13. Lawn Fawn makes it super easy to make interactive cards. I have made a couple of reveal wheel cards and now that I have the template, it is even easier to stamp the sentiments on the wheel. I have also made a pop up card and plan on experimenting more with that. And I’m very interested in trying the Chibitronics on a card. Something to “brighten” up someone’s day. Thanks for all the inspiration!!!!
