Design Team Favorites Week {Day 1}

Welcome to this special week! We are excited to share the favorite stamps, dies and papers of our Lawn Fawn Design Team this week! They have created amazing inspiration using their favorites! We will have daily giveaways all week, so be sure to comment on each post August 9 – 13 to enter for a chance to win a stamp set with coordinating die of your choice along with a 6×6 paper pack!

Grace starts us off this week with back to school inspiration! She used her favorite set Color My World with fun little crayons to make two charming cards!

For her first card, Grace crafted a sweet box of colorful crayons! I love how she used the Really Rainbow lined paper as the backdrop! And of course you need a shiny red apple for back to school, so Grace included an Outside In Stitched Apple Stackables with a bear from Snow Much Fun!

This adorable rainbow card uses some of the same elements as Grace’s first card! With the addition of Sunburst Backdrop, she coordinated the crayon colors with each of the inky rays! She combined sentiments from Plan on It: School and Happy Happy Happy!

Latisha‘s adorable Christmas card features her favorite set, Ho-Ho-Holidays! Her merry design is holiday ready with layers of traditional red and green colors courtesy of Let it Shine! I’m sure there must be a story behind Santa’s black mustache!

Elena combined two favorite sets, Den Sweet Den and Crazy Antics in her adorable Fall-themed design! She snuck in the little bear from Snow Much Fun too! She filled in with pumpkins and leaves from Pick of the Patch and Let’s Go Nuts!

I love the white and kraft stripes that Elena created using Simple Stripes: Diagonal! To add the perfect greeting, she used a Simple Wavy Banner with a sentiment from Forest Feast!

  1. My favourite stamp set has got to be Christmas fishes. All of the seaweed and rock are so versatile and used in most of the cards I create. I adore any ocean related sets as well. ♥️

  2. It is hard to choose, but I would have to say Happy Harvest is my favorite stamp set. The scarecrow is just adorable and so much fun to color.

    1. I love Special Delivery! I love coloring the owls, and have made so many Valentine and Birthday cards using that set!

      2. My very first LF stamp set will always be my very favorite – Dandy Day!! Those adorable mice with the dandelions are the reason I fell in love with everything Lawn Fawn!! 🐭❤️

    2. It’s so hard to choose a favourite stamp set! I think one of my favourites would have to be Let’s go nuts! The squirrels are just too adorable!

  4. I have to many sets that I love, but I am going to go with a die your Stitched Hill Backdrop> You have so many awesome dies to make cards with, I always love seeing your new ones. Adored the cards today they were all great.

    1. Oh wow – how to choose just one? I have so many favourites! Currently my favourite is those amazing bubble mice! So much fun to Color and place on a fun card.

  7. It’s very hard to pick one but I would have to say gleeful gardens is my favorite stamp set. So excited to see all the inspiration this week!

  8. Thanks for the lovely projects! It is quite difficult to choose just one, when I love SO many Lawn Fawn stamp sets! At this time, my favorite is Yeti or not, but S’more the merrier is a close second! Thanks!

  9. It is so hard to chose a favorite…Every new one I play with quickly becomes my current favorite…so for now it is Toucan do it.

  10. Excellent projects. I like them all. Still can’t decide which stamp and die set is my favorite. They are all great!

    1. It’s so hard to choose just one favorite!! Smore the Merrier is currently one of my faves, but they are all fabulous!

  13. My favourite set has to be Happy Howloweek. I have used the dogs from this stamp set so many times that I almost need to buy another stamp set!

  15. Oh man, my favorite Lawn Fawn Stamp set? That’s like picking my favorite color, I seriously love them ALL!!! I love how they all work together so perfectly and mix with the new stuff fabulously too! I cheat, my current fave is Toucan do it, LOL. Oh and let me just say I am LOVING the Giant Messages….I hope we see many more Giant Sentiments like these!

  17. Too many to mention! Lawn Fawn has so many fantastic sets along with a design team to showcase them.

  18. I love all of the mice themed sets, but my favorite would have to be Dandy Day. I love the peacefulness of this set, I can almost feel the warm breeze blowing when I use it!

  19. Choosing one favorite is tricky, but one of my top favorites is wild for you. I really love jungle animal sets! I also love pizza my heart, which was the first lawn fawn set I purchased!

  20. Ohhh honestly I am not sure I could pick a favourite🤔. There are so many great pieces and my favourite thing about Lawn Fawn is how everything all works together so nicely💚💚💚

    1. My favorite set is Year Four. (I use it with Hay There sheep to make “Hippo Birdy 2 Ewe” cards.) But I love so other many sets too!!!

  22. Which kid would not be happy to start school after receiving such a fun and colorful card?!? Love all these bright colors used by Grace.

  25. Its impossible to choose a favorite set, but I used the newest release with Toucan Do It stamp the most recently, so that “my favorite of the moment.”

  27. I have so many favorites! I would have to say right now Bicycle for Two would be my choice. I have used it for so many different holidays including weddings. Love it!!

  29. My first LawnFawn stamp/die set was “you color my world” and the obsession started.
    And I have to say that it is one of my favorites. Love all the LawnFawn sets.

  31. Love the crayons – that is one I don’t own YET haha My favorite set would have to be Party Animals-which was my first ever LF set. I favor and of the underwater ones as well! Hugs xx

  33. My favorite stamp set right now is “A Creature was Stirring”…….and “Dandy Day”…….and “Hello Sunshine”…..and “Happy Harvest”!! Wait, you said to pick one?? Impossible!! 😉

  34. My favorite set is Year Four. I use it with “Hay There” sheep to make “Hippo Birdy 2 Ewe” cards. I love so many other sets too, but that’s my favorite!

  37. There are so many that are sooooo good, it is hard to pick just one but, I guess I would have to say, Critters Ever After would ultimately be my favorite stamp set.

  39. Wow that is almost impossible to pick one favorite. I do LOVE Bugs & Kisses. My most used die is the three small tags. I use them to make a tag for the back of my card with “created by”. My most used stamp is Harold’s ABCs.

  41. Love the favorites! My favorite is probably Simply Celebrate. I like how quick I can make a card that is fun.

  43. I love so many Lawn Fawn sets, I don’t know if I could pick a favorite! But I do really like the set with the mermaids and the legendary creatures set!

  44. I love so many sets! But I will go with You are Sublime, Mermaid for You, and Fortune Teller Tabby
    Love todays cards! Especially love Elena’s design – so cool.

  50. I love all lawn fawn stamps, dies and paper pads. It is too hard to decide which is my favorite, but if you twist my arm I would have to say scripty sayings!!!

  51. All of these cards are adorable, but I am definitely going to try out the Thanksgiving stripes for myself!

  52. It’s so hard to pick 1 favorite. But, Den Sweet Den would be up there on my list. I love the bear family, all cozy together, That set is so versatile. I love how well all of the Lawn Fawn sets work together!!!😀

  53. IMPOSSIBLE to pick a favorite!! 😻 But one of my top favorites is “Keep on Swimming”. I colored it like my calico and it was such a hit!!

  56. My favorite set is Frosty Fairy Friends. My daughter and I use that one a lot. She’s always loved fairies and colors them all different colors.

  58. So many amazing cards on the blog today and great sets were used to make them! My favorite set is merry mice. Even though that’s an exclusive set, I love that mouse standing on the little stool and I’m glad I ordered it at the time 😊

  59. I love Eleana’s card. This is so pretty and I love that it is fall! I would have never even gone there as combining the sets and making such a beautiful care, but I’m definitely stealing this idea. Thanks for sharing! My most favorite stamp set of all time is Into the Woods! The deer is so precious! I use this set more than any set ever. So glad I have it.

    I think I like Fintastic Friends the most. I really like the Under the Sea sets a lot!

  63. ONE of my favorite sets is ‘Gleeful Gardens’ – so many cute images and one if a birdie, which I love. It has a pretty flower and great sentiments. But you have SOOOO many cute sets. 😉

  67. I love every single Lawn Fawn stamp set, they are just so adorable! Our daughter is 5, I make her all kinds of keepsake cards. I would say Tiny Fairy Tale is my “go to” set.

  73. That’s a hard ? for sure. Hard to pick a favorite but what I probably use the most is the Scripty sayings. Love them.

  76. As much as I hate doing laundry, the Loads of Fun set would have to be my favorite! It’s just so whimsy and versatile for all sorts of cards.

  77. I love all things Christmas so I am a fan of the all Winter critter sets (Winter Fox, Winter Bunny, Winter Dragon, Winter Alpaca, Winter Penguin). But my favorite set is Llama Tell You.

  78. My all-time favorite is the chalkboard school set from many years back (I’m not sure of the name). I’ve used it many times for teacher tags.

  81. NO possible way!!! I have way too many favorites to just try to pick one and I really did try. I went to the shop and scrolled thru all the stamps. Saw lots of favorites & ones that I use alot, but could not single out one set…sorry.

  85. Almost impossible to pick just one favorite! But I’d say either Special Delivery, A Creature Was Stirring or Gleeful Gardens… Okay, that’s 3 LOL! Love to see all the DT cards! Definitely started a new wish list! 🙂

  88. OMG to choose just one set as my favorite is nearly impossible 🤭 but if you are twisting my arm and make me choose it has to be Wild for you as I made my twins first birthday banner with it 🥰

  91. I can’t pick just one stamp set. I see mine more as a whole package since they all can bw combined so wonderfully and in so many ways – what the DT proved great with today’s cards! Even the clearly seasonal ones can be used all year round. I can only say my favorite set’s name starts with LawnFawn.

  92. Hi. My favourite set to work with is Cheery Christmas. The string of lights that when cut out with the matching dies can be put through the deers’ antlers. Adorable!

  94. My favorite is dandy day, I love using those cute mice for so many different scenes. And of course the peas! 🙂

  95. Now THAT is a hard question to answer! I’d say my favorite/most-used of your older stamps is the milo’s ABCs. Great font for fitting in long sentiments or just adding words to scrapbook pages. More recently, I love the virtual friends sets…just so timely, since many interactions are through screens nowadays!

  97. I would have to say all the fish ones are my favorite. I can mix and match them all together and make a great scene.

  98. Too hard to choose one single stampset as a favourite.. but one of them is definitely the car critters.. it’s got so much potential to add to the theme of your card .. a beach buggy to a limousine to a safari ride 😂

  99. Well, like everyone else, I would never be able to choose just one. But if you forced me to, I’d probably say…Meow You Doin’. No, wait — Snow Globe Scenes! That’s it — that’s my favorite. Although, of course, Tiny Friends is pretty awesome…

  100. What a tough question! I’ll say Crazy Antics today. It’s so summery and easy to create picnic scenes, one of my favorite things to do! (Eat and picnic. 🙃)

  101. I can’t possibly pick a favorite stamp set because I love them all!! But right now I am loving the toucan do it set!!

  104. My favourite stamp set that I reach for time and time again is Butterfly Kisses, and in a very close second is Manatee-rific. I love them so much! My husband adores manatees so I often use that set for cards for him.

  108. My favorite stamp set is Elfie Selfie. At least that’s my favorite right now. As I start making fall cards, I’m sure I’ll be switching favorites!

  110. It’s like choosing your favorite child! But, I Love the succulents in the simply celebrate summer set.

  111. I can’t choose a favorite. Although, I do use the animals from Jump for Joy and the rabbits for Yay Kites a lot since they have their hands out and so they work good for putting things in their hands (like ice cream and spoons).

  115. That is such a hard question to answer! Any of the mice are probably my favorites, especially Merry Mice and A Creature Was Stirring. I’m hoping for a fall themed set with mice?!? 🤞

  118. Settling on one favourite feels very hard, but my favourites tend to fall in the critters-category. I especially love the bears in Den sweet den, and the little axolotl in I like you (a lotl) makes me smile just thinking about it!

  123. What a fun question! It’s not a stamp, but my favorite die is the scalloped box card pop‑up. I love making box cards.

  127. I think Den Sweet Den is my favorite. I love the bears and all of the fun and cozy home accessories. And the knitting!! Now if only I could get some cross stitch themed stamps to include with it!!

  129. Lawn fawn “say what? Pets because the pup looks just like my dog. My bestie and I send cards to each other every week and lately the pup has been featured in many different adventures. She was flying a plane last week and this week she’s in a kissing booth. No telling what’s next for Geena!

  130. that is not an easy question for me …. I love so many – I will go with the most used – and that would be ‘be hap-pea’ the second most used set would be ‘year nine’ …. so many wonderful sets … so little time!

  132. Right now I have 2. Tiny friends and ho ho holidays! Anything Christmas gets me excited. And to have little people to add to it makes it even more tinsel!

  134. Hard to choose but if I must….it’s the Koala sets. You can make a beautiful card for anyone. Adult women, men kids boys and girls. It’s perfect! Their so precious!

  137. It’s hard to choose a favorite! I love fall and Christmas! Pick of the Patch is my favorite, followed by A creature was stirring.

  138. You have asked a hugely difficult task of us, your loyal fans. I would have to go with Wild for You OR Critters in the Jungle. There are a lot of puns I can make on “Wild” … Have a wild (fill in the blank)! I could have named 10 that I really like, but I hope my restraint in only naming two is appreciated. 😂😂

  141. I love all the Lawn Fawn stamp sets I have but S’more the Merrier is my favorite. Love the little critters! Next purchase will be Den Sweet Den so I can use those cute bears!

  145. This is mean. Very hard to choose. For fall I love the let’s go nuts set. But I also love the happy hugs set and so many more. A recent favorite is the S’more the merrier set. I think it changes seasonally.

  150. These are great cards. I can never pick just one of anything! So, my favourite from the Summer release is toucan do it!

  154. I love all of my Lawn Fawn stamps because I can combine them. Right now my favorite is Bubbles of Joy. All of the makes in this post are great!

  157. Rawr means I love you in dinosaur, when my son was much smaller, we had started saying this after reading a Dino book… and then I saw the stamp set. Of course I made him a card with it. He still has it hanging on his bulletin board. It will probably get used a lot when he flies the coop

  159. My favorite lawnfawn stamp is the only one I own, the little car with the 2 sweet little critters. Then of course every day when I see the design team inspiration, I wish…… for more. Lawnfawn has such a large selection of yummy cuteness that can be used for every occasion!

  163. Here’s the scoop is one of my favorites also with any other ice cream sets. I use them alot for birthday & summer cards.

  164. Oh how cute these cards are! Grace’s onces are so bright and happy 🙂 I have so many favorite sets but the Sweet Friends was the first set that I saw someone using in a video and I knew right away that I’ll have to get into stamping 😀

  167. It’s impossible to pick a favorite! It’s like asking which child is my favorite-I love them all! I use den sweet den very often though.

  168. Sublime is one of my favorite stamp sets. My dad and brother were both Navy divers and I love making cards for my nephews from this set.

      I think I will choose Into the Woods..this set started my Lawn Fawn Collection. I love the little Critters. The list of Lawn Fawn stamps I love is really really long…any set with a deer or dog or dragon

  169. That is a really tough one! I use All The Clouds quite a bit especially for the sentiments. I really love the marine themed stamps too.

  172. I think the Jackalope is my favorite (it’s an inside joke with my brother that has been going on for many years), but winter fox, Into the Forest, and Season’s Tweetings are right up there. I love all of the LF stamps and dies…

  173. My favorite set that I own is probably Really High Five. But it’s a tie with pretty much every other stamp set that I own! My favorite that I don’t own–YET!!– is Mice on Ice!

  174. It feels impossible to pick a favorite! I would have to say that Critters In The Forest was one of my first Lawn Fawn critter stamp sets and I fell in love with Copic coloring critters using that set. The hedgehog has been used about a million times.

  176. I love Thanks Thanks Thanks because it’s quite versatile when I need to say “thank you”, which is a lot! I also love using Critter Concert & So Owlsome in teacher appreciation/thank you cards. Seriously, with so many amazing and adorable choices, who can pick just one?!? Not me!!

  177. This is a hard one, as I love many sets. but the one I use a lot could be the Really High Five, You are Sublime, Critter Concert and the Frosty Fairy Friends.

  178. Gleeful Gardens is one of my favorites, such an adorable and versatile set, and Say What? Pets because of the cute little pup who looks just like our little schnauzer!

  179. I love all the little mice stamps but “A creature was stirring” is my favorite one. I would love to see these cute mice made into a larger stand alone die for Christmas.

  181. I love all the Lawn Fawn stamps sets, it’s so difficult to pick just one. I’ll say the Let’s Go Nuts set, the yay squirrel makes me smile every time!

  183. I think Party Animal is my favorite. I find it so versatile, in fact I used it on a wedding card this year and it was a huge hit.

  185. Oooo. My favorite stamp set that’s been on my wish list forever is ocean shell-fie. Love cephalopods: they can squeeze through anywhere, and are masters of disguise. (Paraphrasing Hank from Where’s Dorie?)

  186. Hummmmm.this is a tough question? I love so many of the stamp sets. I would have to say Life is Good is my favorite. I love everything beach/ocean.

  191. One in a chameleon is my absolute fav! Reminds me of the Eric Carle story and lizard is my nickname; so it is win win! So many fun stamp sets that you have and I enjoy seeing each new release. Enjoying the design teams favs too!

  193. Such fun cards!!! My favorite stamp set is Merry Messages. It is, in my opinion, the very best Christmas sentiment stamp set.

  209. Super hard question to answer since I have so many favorites to choose from. I guess it depends on the situation that I am designing for. I love the critter series.

  211. I love Special Delivery but I also tend to use the various Say What? Critters stamp sets most. You have so many wonderful stamp sets, it’s impossible to pick a favorite!!

  215. My favorite stamp sets are the ones with the mice. I love a creature is stirring. It combines my two favorite things which are baking and Christmas. I love pretty much anything Christmas. I also love anything tropical/beach or cooking related.

  218. My favorite Lawn Fawn stamp set is the Beary Happy Holidays! Love, Love, Love! It’s something about the motion and the scarves on the bears that gets me.

  219. That’s like picking a favorite child!!! Lol I love them all!!! I do use the bears a lot though—den sweet den, so much fun, and even the germ free bear.

  220. It’s so hard to choose a favorite but I do like concert critters! I love anything that has to do with music. I would love to see a piano sometime to complete the music sets.

  223. I love how you think I could come up with just one favorite set…. My favorite holiday is Halloween so I really like Pick of the Patch and Fox Costumes Before n After. I also really like the Christmas Fishes set too….. really, there are just so many good ones.

    I mean there’s Upon A Star, Year 5 otter, Stud Puffin, Winter Otter, All the Clouds, Toucan Do It, Be Hap-pea…. I’ll stop….
