Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s Summer 2021 Inspiration and Release week! On June 24th our 7 new stamp sets and coordinating dies, 16 new standalone die sets, 4 new stencil sets and a colorful new paper collection will be for sale at your favorite store and at www.lawnfawn.com! Today is our showcase of Giant Birthday Messages and its coordinating dies, Simple Stripes: Diagonal, Simple Stripes: Landscape and Simple Stripes: Portrait! Send someone big birthday wishes with our new Giant Birthday Messages set! This fun stamp set is perfect for creating quick cards. All you need is a little color to fill in the words (or not!) Add more details with the included cake, present, stars and confetti stamps. It’s a perfect way to add festive fun and color to birthday and celebration cards!

Create a fun, custom, and quick backdrop with our fun new Simple Stripes die sets! Change the look every time by changing the colors used for each stripe. For lots of stripe-y goodness, we have diagonal, portrait and landscape Simple Stripes sets!

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end showcasing some fun ways of using these new sets! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

Elise mixed pretty shades of cardstock using the Simple Stripes: Diagonal die to create a beautiful set of birthday cards! With a background this bright and happy, all she needed to add is a fun Giant Happy Birthday die cut, offset layered with Pixie Dust Sparkle!

Latisha chose bright rainbow colors of cardstock for her Simple Stripes: Diagonal background! She colored the Giant Birthday Messages greeting to match, then she die cut it with the coordinating die.

I love the combination of the Mermaid and white Simple Stripes: Landscape with these happy yellow sunflowers! Audrey grouped the sunflowers from Our Friendship Grows around the Giant Birthday Message to create a gorgeous birthday card!

I love Megan‘s super clever “toucan” card! She mixed and matched Tiny Gift Box Add-On sets including Chick and Duck and Raccoon and Fox; he looks adorable framed by the new Magic Iris Tropical Leaves Add-On! For the background, she inked up Simple Stripes: Portrait stripes, then added a stripe of Storm Cloud cardstock to the top and bottom. The Toucan Do It sentiment is the perfect way to send a note of thanks!

Chari‘s adorable birthday design features our Tiny Birthday Friends with a large outline sentiment from Giant Birthday Messages! I love how she colored the letters with rainbow colors to match the colorful paper!

Elena added the cute Toucan Do It critters and Slimline Tropical Leaves Border to her Simple Stripes: Diagonal background! With a Giant Happy Birthday to You greeting, this amazing card is quick and easy to make!

Mindy‘s gorgeous card uses just die cuts except for the sentiment. Starting with a cheery mix of cardstock for the Simple Stripes: Landscape background, she added the Delightful Daisy outlines as a pretty layer on top!

Tammy‘s birthday card is so sweet! She used an Outside In Stitched Rectangle panel of our new Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper for the background. Then she combined images from Really High Five with a greeting from our new Giant Birthday Messages set. I love how she colored the balloons, gifts and cake to coordinate with the colors of the greeting!

Audrey used the stripes created with Simple Stripes: Portrait to give the look of the ocean, from light to dark as it goes deeper. She paired our cute shark from Duh-nuh with his new counterpart from the Duh-nuh Flip Flop set!

Lynnette used the new Simple Stripes: Portrait turned on its side to create a cool Father’s Day card! She added a layer of vellum at the top so the Oliver’s Stitched ABCs and the Father’s Day Line Border stand out!

Grace‘s amazing birthday card is a show-stopper! She used the Simple Stripes: Landscape in a clever way too! She removed one of the stripes to leave a gap between each one; its the perfect way to let the Holographic cardstock shine through! She added more holographic fun by using it for the Giant Happy Birthday to You greeting! With a Stitched Cupcake, colorful gems and a sparkly sentiment, this is one memorable birthday card!

Yainea used Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper to make a pair of polka dotted Goodie Bags! The Giant Birthday Messages are the perfect over-sized shape to add a festive greeting to the perfect gift in a small package!

  42. I had a great night out with a few lovely ladies yesterday, it was the first time we all met after all the lockdowns and social distancing. It was a wonderful evening and when I woke up and thought of last night I just had to smile because I feel so happy and didn’t have that much fun for a very long time.

  154. The thing that made me smile today is my husband talks for my cat. He will says things like “Okay, old man, get with it, I am ready to eat!” I’m unable to feed Sammy because I broke my leg and my husband has the care of my cat. In fact, my husband just came down stairs with Sammy walking in front and my husband had just cleaned the litter. My husband said “Mom! Dad’s playing in my litter!” I swear if you saw Sammy’s face, that is what he would say. 😀

  164. I love these stripes dies!!! The way Chari made so many cards blew my mind. I can’t wait to replicate that idea when I have my hot little hands on those die sets! What made me smile today was a nice walk with my partner and dog. We went out and did 5 miles. Part of which was the third virtual 5K this month for a Disney challenge. We will be getting some new bling in the mail soon from Disney for completing these!! Definitely even more smiles.

  278. I just got home from a week at church camp with my youth group. It was a long and tiring week, but they all had so much fun that it was hard not to be happy about it!

  284. I finally was able to visit and see my parents and rest of my family whom I haven’t seen in 2 years! It was an emotional reunion and made us all HAPPY! <3

  287. We went to a Rodeo this weekend and I watched my 5 year old ride through a parade on a horse! She threw candy and it made my heart so happy!

  289. I got to watch my almost 7 year old be brave and go down a “big kid” water slide by herself even tho she was so nervous… I am so proud of her for fighting through her fear- that made me smile today!!

  290. Seeing my sister yesterday–she isn’t in the states too often and she showed up to surprise my dad for our Father’s Day/Birthday bash! Great new dies!!

  294. I saw a baby bunny hopping around on the neighbour’s lawn eating a super long piece of clover. It was so adorable! A robin landed near it and the bunny was about the same size. It’s just so cute!

  297. Loving this release! My chickens made me smile today, I opened the chicken yard gate for them to free range our 3+ acres and they found the cherry trees! They were clucking to each other every time they found someplace good to eat was quite cute to see the others come running.

  308. I’m soooooo into BIG SENTIMENTS now. It is so easy to make a card with a nice pattern paper and big sentiments, and done. So simple but I feel like will make a great statement on a card. I love these sentiments. I love the diagonal stripes!

    Seriously, Megans Toucan Card is amazing!!! Mindy’s Card is breathtaking with Color. Everyone is a scrumptious, brilliant design.

  389. I had my grandson for a few hours today, they are so funny. Being twins they feed off of each other. When mommy came to pick them up we face timed papa and the boys were then dinosaurs. Love being able to spend time with the grands.

  397. Spending time with my parents made me smile today. They live 2,000 miles away and they’re at my house for a 3 week visit. Makes me smile all the time!

  398. Wonderful new products and lovely creations! My daughter made me smile today when she showed me what she learned at her dance lesson.

  399. I got to spend time with my roommate from college some 40+ years ago and that made me smile. We reminisced about the good college years!

  401. Spending time with my daughter and granddaughters made me smile. It’s been some time since we were able to do that. Praise the Lord for vaccines.

  402. As my husband and I were on our nightly walk, we came across a mama dear and her baby just trotting down the street. I got so excited and just smiled the rest of our walk thinking about them!

  404. Today I opened the window and my neighbor’s cat came: he always sleep in my bedroom during the afternoon, but he comes many times to eat. Well, he always put a smile on my face

  414. The stripes die is awesome. Love all of them! I also love the giant birthday sentiments! My boss’s dog made me smile today. She greeted me at the door when I came in.

  415. I smiled today since I got to see my brother in person for the first time in a year and half!! 🙂

  416. My 2 lil puppies made me smile. They run over to me and snuggle me whenever I’m feeling down. It’s great medicine

  422. Having all 4 of my kids home for a long weekend of partying. It was my daughter’s bridal shower, then Father’s Day and then my birthday!!!😁

  423. Taking a road trip with my husband made me smile today. I love visiting new places and having new experiences.

  425. Watching my 20 month old daughter share ice cream with her dad even though she had her own cone! That kid loves ice cream!

  430. Looking at the almost-there renovated kitchen (we still have about 6 weeks to go!) that my husband has done most of the work on, made me smile today. He’s the best! ❤️

  431. Love all the DT cards! It’s going to be hard to choose wich Stripes I’m going to pick.. I think it’s going to be the diagonal at first..

  432. I love the wide variety of stripes in diagonal, portrait and landscape. It really allows for so much creativity.
