Holiday Card Inspiration with Ivy!

Ivy joins us today to share some sweet and simple holiday card ideas!

Ivy started this adorable card with Foursquare Backdrop: Portrait then she made four super cute little scene with some happy little winter critters! Check out the supply list below for all the sets she used. How cool is that greeting from Winter Big Scripty Words in silver glitter cardstock? It’s the perfect shiny finishing touch!

I love how Ivy kept everything in gray-scale but then added fun pops of bright color in each little vignette! The Pearlescent Vellum is a perfect choice for the Stitched Hillside Borders!

This fun and festive design is perfect for making quick multiples! Ivy die cut the letters in Raspberry cardstock using Louie’s ABCs and the Mini Wreath from Rainforest cardstock. Then she stamped the Gingham Backdrops with Black Licorice ink on a Storm Cloud panel that was die cut with a Large Stitched 4 Bar Rectangle. Assembly is a snap with Glue Tube! The final touch is to add tiny punched circles of glittery silver cardstock from the Holiday Sparkle pack!

This design would be so fun to try in different color combos or with different words like Noel or Love, or even Ho Ho Ho! Show us your creative variations on Ivy’s design!

Thank you so much, Ivy for sharing your simply beautiful cards with us!

Elena’s Adorable Santa Party!

It’s time for another party with Elena! For this festive holiday celebration she created her own pine sprig-filled patterned paper!

Elena used our new Santa from Ho-Ho-Holidays to create this adorable party decor! She made a banner, beverage labels, cupcake toppers and wrappers, Tiny Gift Box favors and a fun sign to announce the party theme!

To make the custom patterned paper, Elena stamped pine boughs from Deck the Halls and Frosty Fairy Friends randomly on white cardstock with Sage Leaf, Celery Stick and Minty Fresh inks. Then she blended Mermaid ink over the top to create a soft, muted look!

For the Stitched Party Banners, Elena stamped Santa in Crunchy Leaf ink and colored him with Copic markers. Then the banners were strung on Peppermint cord!

Elena created a fun sign to welcome her guests! She die cut the letters for the sign with Louie’s ABCs! I love how she placed it behind the Ho Ho Ho cupcake toppers!

The Stitched Scalloped Cupcake Wrappers were die cut from the custom paper to continue the soft, wintry theme!

The cute Ho Ho Ho cupcake toppers combine the custom paper with Quinn’s Capital ABCs for the letters! They were stamped with Crunchy Leaf ink just like Santa, then Elena colored them and added white gel pen highlights!

For the beverage labels, Elena popped up Santa on a Stitched Circle Stackable and added them to a band of custom paper.

The party favors are Tiny Gift Boxes that are wrapped with more custom paper and tied up with Peppermint cord!

Thank you so much for sharing this cheerful Santa Party decor with us, Elena! The custom patterned paper is so soft and beautiful, such a wonderful idea!

Thanksgiving Party Ideas with Elena!

It’s almost time for October Inspiration Week! We will be highlighting more of our Fall/Winter 2019 Release with amazing Design Team Inspiration and lots of Giveaways! Join us for the Big Giveaway on Friday!

Today Elena shares some great ideas to help make your Thanksgiving gathering special!

As always, Elena’s Thanksgiving decor is filled with clever ideas that you can use to make your holiday a very special occasion!

The “pie banner” is so much fun! Elena used the Cake Slice Box Pie Add-On to create this unique party decoration! She cut the “slices” from Spiffy Speckles Ripe Banana paper, then blended on Fake Tan ink for a fun, dimensional speckled look!

The adorable squirrels from Pick of the Patch are the stars of the cupcake toppers! Elena assembled adorable little vignettes to attach to the Simple Wavy Banners! The sweet sentiment is from Forest Feast!

The treat boxes are a shortened version of our Goodie Bag! Elena used partial die cutting to cut the Goodie Bag to fit the Outside In Stitched Pumpkin and Stitched Pumpkin Frame design for the outside! Again she used Spiffy Speckles Ripe Banana inked with Fake Tan! They look so adorable filled with caramel kisses!

Elena created a simple but beautiful banner to set the theme for the gathering! She layered Stitched Party Banners in Paper Bag and Black Licorice cardstock then added the Louie’s ABCs letters in white before stringing the banners on some Tangerine cord!

Thank you so much for sharing these delightful Thanksgiving decoration ideas with us, Elena!
