Mariana‘s card is so pretty! It just makes me go “ahhhh”. The colors are so fab, and I am just in love with the way she used the snowflake border stamp from the set to make it look like the larger snowflakes are falling. Beautiful! Buttons are a perfect accent to the snowflakes, too!

LawnFawn-snowflaketags-latishayoast

Latisha‘s tags are just stunning! I adore the red and blue together! She shows how well these folky, whimsical images can be transformed into a shabby look with a cool label shape and some distressing! Gems and bakers twine add a holiday feel, and I love the way she stamped the sentiment from “Bows and Holly” on vellum and over layed it on the tag. Fabulous!

frosties

Teri has made the sweetest bag and card ensemble! I have fallen in love with these colors for winter. It is so fresh and fun! She used the border stamp in the set for the different stripes of snowflakes. I love the way they are cut! Too fun! I also love the way she used buttons on the snowflakes, too! I can’t wait to try this!

Frosties-Lea Lawson

Lea‘s card is pure Christmas joy! I just adore the white snowflakes on kraft paper! Absolutely gorgeous! Inking the sides up really gives that cold winter day feel! I also love the way she layered the sentiment over the three stamped snowflakes. It looks so fun! This card is just pure joy!

Lynnette‘s card is so fun! I love the pink and blue for winter! So adorable! I love that this card could definitely be reproduced as your holiday cards, yet it still looks special and sweet! I love the gems and that bow is too fun! The sentiment in the center really give it focus. I love the folky look of the sentiments in this set!

happy winter cocoa gift danni reid

Danni made the sweetest Winter gift: a cocoa gift jar! I just love that idea! She made a large tag to cover the front of the jar and created a perfect scene with the snowflakes and sentiments from “Frosties”. I just adore the stitching on her snow and that scalloped border on the circle. So fun! This just makes me smile!

_MG_0593_edited-1

Tiffany has done it again! She has proven that stamping and scrapbooking go hand in hand! This layout is absolutely stunning! I am in love with the colors she used for her background that was created with images from “Frosties”. The blue panel was done with the border stamp and perfectly frames the photo of her son. (Isn’t he the cutest?) The “let it snow” sentiment fits so well in the circle and looks like a store bought embellishment!

DSC_0002Edited

Maile‘s card is just fabulous! Turquoise, white and kraft are a magical combination! I love the way the snowflakes are going from top to bottom corner it adds so much movement to the card. Maile also shows that coloring in parts of the snowflakes gives them such a different feel! Her glittered frame is the perfect way to show off the sentiment. I just adore this card! I think it captures the magic of snow! 🙂

Make sure you click on each of the design team’s names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards. You will walk away inspired for sure!

Now, I have a little video for you showing this set in action and some emboss resist technique. I hope you enjoy it! Watch it below or at You Tube.

What I love about the snow is when we go up to the mountains at my inlaws house, I take my 2 Cairn Terriers and I simply love-love-love when they play and run in the snow! They are the happiest puppies ever! Love seeing they're happy tails wagging and having a good time!

  3. WOW. Seriously these are my favorite stamps yet!!! I cannot wait to have these!

As for the snow, it is easily my favorite thing about the holidays! Living in Pennsylvania, you have to love the snow! I absolutely love the morning after a thick, wet snow when the sun comes up but the world is still asleep. That image is easily one of my favorite things in the entire world! =) Thanks for a chance to win!

  4. It doesn't snow where I live but I love the cold..i hate the heat..and right now i'm longing for some cold..and these sets making me wish for some snow!!
    I want it!!

  5. Oh, I love this one, Kelly Marie! I really, really love how many different sizes and shapes of snowflakes there are. So cool. This one's definitely going on my "Got to have" list.

Very cool emboss resist technique, too.

The thing I love most about snow is how it covers everything and makes it fresh and clean and beautiful, no matter what's underneath. It's like a new beginning.

  6. Seriously, you have THE best talent creating for you! hard to pick out one favorite! my favorite thing about snow is when it's DONE and Spring begins!

  7. I love the snowflakes so pretty!!! Your stamp sets just stamp so beautifully!! I am so impressed by the way they stamp absolutely impressive for acrylic stamp!!! I love love love all the snowflakes!!! Beautiful set!!!

  8. I love the way snow makes you want to cuddle up in front of a fireplace with a blanket and a piping hot cup of cocoa with your family. However I actually don't live in a state where it snows. 🙁

These stamps make me wish it snowed here so badly. But anyway, good luck everybody!

  9. I do not like snow or winter. I am so glad I live in southern California! LOL
Kelly, I just wanted to tell you that Lawn Fawn stamps are the best quality stamps I have ever tried! I am amazed at how well they stamp. I absolutely LOVE them!

  10. Great Stamp Designs and Wonderful cards made by everyone..Love Them. I'm ready for some "Snow" stamps..here in the UP of Michigan! Thanks for the opportunity!

  11. love it. love it. gotta have it! 🙂

I'm blessed to live somewhere that has four distinct seasons and winter is no exception. Snowstorms are my favorite…a fresh blanket of white over everything…makes me think of a giant quilt covering it all!

Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

  12. What I love about snow is not having to drive in it, shovel it, brush it off my car. Coming from the east coast initially, I'm quite happy living in the bay area of California. It doesn't snow where I live so if I want snow, I can drive to it, enjoy it for a few days and then drive out of it.

  13. So cute Kelly! Now that I have Carver… I love it when it snows and we can go outside and play in the snow as a family! Such sweet memories! Thanks for the chance to win! 🙂

  14. Each cards is so beautiful! Those snowflakes are so cute!! I love to take pictures when it snows. Everything is so pretty plus my busy street becomes quiet! 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win.

  15. Oh my goodness, these samples are AMAZING! Each one is so unique and they are all just beautiful.

My favorite thing about snow….well, I love to look at it…that's about it. After doing a 180 on ice, I don't particularly like the cold weather anymore. 🙁

  16. I love when it's snowing, when the sky is so unbelievably grey from the thick snow clouds and when the flakes are thick and not immediately melting on impact. Of course, once the snow is on the ground – it's just a pain 😉

  17. Wow! Great video. To think after getting my first set of tiny backgrounds and i said snowflakes please. U had to be grinning knowing u had them on the way. I hope i have a chance to win. Can't wait ro get these!

  18. I love that stillness you feel in the air when it's snowing in the night and you open the window. Not that it snows a lot in Madrid (way too much polution!) but when it does and the snow is still virgin and untouched, it's so beautiful!

  19. living where we do, we don't see snow too much! but the good thing is, we can drive an hour to get to the snow!
fun sets! cannot wait to see the entire new releases!

  20. Right now I'm happy that I don't have to worry about snow here in the bay area, but that doesn't mean I don't like going back home, even in the cold, to visit family, which are what the holidays are all about. Cute set! Love the stamps as backgrounds!

  21. Thanks for the great tips! It is more to a tutorial rather than sneak peek but I like it!

Snow…..I do not have snow in my country but I been to other country that snow. The first time I saw snow, I am happy as I do not have a chance to see until that day. I thought it will be like ice but to my surprise, it is actually like foam and melt when you press on it! It's miracle!

  22. What cutie cute snowflakes – I love them! Especially the ones with the little circles/ovals at the tips – the design team inspiration is wonderful but Maile's is especially great. Love how the turqoise pops on the kraft.

Hmmmm my favorite thing about snow? Mittens! I love them! Don't get a chance to wear them much here in Cali 🙂

Thanks for the chance to win.

  23. LOve the cards and snowflakes.
The thing I like about snow the pure ness it looks so beautiful when its snowing and right after a whole sereen world.

  24. I love snowflakes and these look beautiful! My whole wedding was based around snowflakes (we got married at the beginning of December ;D) Can't wait to see the whole set!!

  25. Oh how I love your stamps so much…and I am so looking forward to getting my hands on this wonderful new release set…LOVE IT! and boy do I adore these sweet and adorable cards.

  26. I am loving the beautiful creations! Fun Fun! Well, I don't get to see snow in Hawaii, but it sure looks pretty. I love that winter brings the holidays!

  27. Dawn Marie,
Great set of stamps, new I was right, figured it was snow or icicles from what you said in the sneak peak!! I like snow and winter, especially while it is snowing and it is windy and snow is falling and I light some candles and just watch Mother Nature at her Best, I find it very cozy, relaxing and just plain relaxing, if I had a fireplace that would surely be lit. Then I either read a book or do some crafting, just a perfect scenario, long as the power does not go out!!

Have a good week and good luck all.

    Donna

  28. Cute stampset. What I love about winter is that eventhough it's cold outside we make it so cozy inside. Everything sparkles with little lights everywear

  30. Loving this set! Ok I love snow but only for a day or so and then in gets in the way! But I do love frosty winter mornings – happy to have as many of those as possible!

  31. This set is absolutely AMAZING! I love it! So many possibilities.

What I love about winter: being inside a warm and cozy home having a cup of hot chocolate with someone I love.

  32. I love winter/snow because it gives me a great excuse to stay inside (no yard work etc). I can read, watch movies OR better yet get all my stamp stuff out and play.

  33. oh, I LOVE them! I love the snow/winter because I live in TN so when we get it it's a major event. As a teacher they close school which means I can stay home and stay warm and do whatever I want- guilt free!

  34. haha, i live in miami. i love that in winter i don't have to worry about driving in snow! or shoveling it! and i can still wear shorts because i only have like one pair of long pants.

  35. The cards are stunning! Beautiful work design team! What I love best about "winter" is the fact that it's actually cold. We don't get much winter so when there is a crisp breeze in the air it's awesome. 🙂

  36. OMG!!! I love these have to have them. I have been looking for stamps like these for some winter pictures I need to scrap. These are awesome. Thanks Lawn Fawn!!

  37. I love the first snow of winter- for a few seconds, no matter where I am, I get a feelilng of absolute silence- beautiful feeling. Of course, come Feb/Mar, the last thing I want is snow. 🙂

  38. Oh my goodness Kelly, this is my favorite set so far! Adorable! And Tiffany's page is stunning! My favorite part about winter? Everything but shoveling! lol We love to play outside with the kids, love to sit inside with a cup of cocoa, love the quietness when the snow muffles all the other sounds. Winter is great!

  39. I don't really like winter but my most fav moment is when my little daycare kids see and feel the first snowfall…it is just magical and I feel like the world is fresh and new.

  40. This set is going to be adorable! I used to live in Minnesota, so I'm afraid I don't miss SNOW, though it was always beautiful. Winter means the holidays, so that's my favorite thing! XOXO

  41. CUTENESS! Love the frame and the corner scroll "thingie". I love watching my boys in the backyard with my husband build a snowman. So cute watching him share his technique with them. And then, they all want hot chocolate. My little one called it "ah-cha" last year.

  42. I love the snowflakes!!! I sure need this set!

snow and winter for me is my invitation to sit by the fire with a nice cup of coffee watching a movie or reading a book!

  43. OMG! These are to die for!! I LOVE how a button can fit perfectly in the center of the snowflakes!! I love that look!! Great job DT! You gals rock!! To answer your question, I'm a Floridian. I'm not a big fan of the snow (yea, I'm uncoordinated – me and snow, not friends!) but I do like to visit it once in a while (my inlawns live in NYC) 😉 I like winter (here) because it gets nice and cool – not too awful cold – which is a nice change from it being 90 all the time!

  44. i love the snowflakes and thanks for sharing the technique with the clear embossing powder!! awesome!
my favorite thing about winter is watching my 2 year old discover it for the first time! i can see the magic in his eyes!

  45. Snow is the best part of winter! I think I would be intolerably grumpy if my winter didn't include any, like people who don't get enough sun during the summer.

Your frosty little flakes are all kinds of adorable!

  46. Another LOVELY set! I really like the technique you showed too, it looks so nice with the snowflakes, really pretty!

I love the way my dog runs around in the snow when she first sees it, she gets so excited, but she is so little she just disappears!!!

  47. Amazing!!! What I love about snow?! The feel of it! It's so cool and fun to play with!! Love the stamp set even if I haven't seen all of it!!!!!!! 🙂

  48. How fun and the inspiring cards makes me want to get inky on my christmas cards. Thanks for all the inspiration and a chance to win

  49. These cards are all so wonderul! I love the turquoise being used. My favorite thing about snow is watching my dog play in it. 🙂 He is a cockapoo but thinks he's a German Shephard charging the snow mounds and burying his ace in them. He's too cute.

  50. I love this set! The fonts are perfect and snowflakes are a little whimsical which I adore.
I personally hate winter and everything about it, but I do enjoy that first snowfall when everything is white and the snow is crunchy and fresh. Too bad in NYC that lasts for about 2 hours then turns to slush

  51. Great examples! I love the look of fresh snow covering everything and I also like to watch it fall through a window in front of my wood stove drinking hot chocolate.

  52. Wow.. The cards are super cute..so is the set.. I love playing around in the snow:).. the first time my daughter saw the snow when she was around 1 year, she said it was "milk":)).. I feel happy within when it snows:)..
Snowflakes in the set are awesome.. makes me want the set!!

  53. How cute is this set!! I love that is cools off in Florida! It gets so hot and humid here, I welcome any kind of cool weather. I also like to wear boots, scarves and coat! 🙂

  54. Loved your embossing resist video! I sometimes forget that wonderful technique. I love the peaceful quietness of a snowfall. I love to stand out in the magic of it and think of all the things I am thankful for.

  55. woah, thats a tough question since I'm no big fan of winter or snow… hmm, but ok: now that I have kids I can enjoy it more. Playing in the snow, building snowmen and sleding is actually fun. And I like it when the clean white new snow covers all the gray and mud and lights up everything (I live in a country that has very little daylight in the winter). I guess I do like snow after all 😀

  56. I just watched your video for no apparent reason because you are SO ADORABLE. Wish I was as crafty as you!!! (and/or had time to be as crafty as you)

Also – I cannot believe I am the 107 comment on this post!!! ~;o) You are amazing.

  57. This looks like such a cute set! I love snowflake sets! As far as real snow goes, I love watching the snow fall, especially when they are huge snowflakes. I also love seeing the snow, undisturbed, all over the ground as the sun catches it and it glimmers and sparkles! So pretty!

  58. beautiful projects! I personally dont' like the snow. Living in North Dakota I get plenty of it though. I don't mind looking at it – on movies and from inside while I'm drinking hot tea or hot coco.

  59. Fabulous projects and adorable snowflakes! 🙂 I love snuggling up with my boys and playing games inside when it's cold in the winter. And of course building snowmen and having snowball fights are always fun!

  60. What lovely projects! 🙂 What I love best about snow is that here in NH there is SO much of it (most winters) 🙂 Our snowy season can last from Thanksgiving to Easter – that's a lot of opportunities for snowy day photos to scrap! 🙂

  61. This set is so cute. I love the way you always include some items that can be used year round. The snow flakes are so lovely. I love the way our evergreen trees look with a nice coating of fresh snow. Thanks for the chance to win.

  62. I love getting together with friends, some hot chocolate and good conversation while scrapbooking around the fireplace. I enjoy that warm cozy feeling and being creative at the same time.

  63. I love getting together with friends, some hot chocolate and good conversation while scrapbooking around the fireplace. I enjoy that warm cozy feeling and being creative at the same time.

  64. I love how the world looks like a beautiful winter wonderland after the first snow of the season…. and looking at that wonderland from inside with a nice big mug of hot cocoa 🙂

  65. Great projects! I love the snowflake stamps!
I love to see snow falling…. so peaceful! And the way it blankets the trees is breathtaking!
    DeniseB

  66. Love love love this new stamp set! Being from Canada there is usually lots of snow in the winter. Its so much fun to be outside and play with the kids or snow shoe across the openness of Alberta!

  67. Love the snowflakes–just don't love the real stuff. All the projects are unique. Some of the cards could be mass produced. I need both "one of a kind" Christmas cards and those that I can make 50-60 of.

  68. I am from Florida, we have only been in NC 6 years and I am still fascinated by snow. It's falling from the sky and it's so silent. It's awesome. When the snow is on the ground it's so smooth and white, and peaceful. Plus, it doesn't last long here, that is a definite bonus.

  69. Even though it doesn't snow where I live right now, but snow in winter reminds me so much of Christmas. Last year I made a trip to Europe to visit as many Christmas markets as I can, and it was so beautiful even though it was super brrrrr cold. 🙂

  70. I love how quiet it is outside after a nice heavy snowfall that sticks to the trees… quiet that is then shattered by the sounds of my boys romping in the snow!! That's the best! 🙂

  71. I love when the snow is all gone! After shoveling out from the two huge snowstorms we had in the DC area last year, I really appreciated when the snow was gone and life got back to normal.

  72. Well… we're supposed to have a very snowy winter so I'm not looking forward to the cold and snow which will arrive much too quickly! But these stamps just might help me get through it, and I'll have lots of time to stay indoors and stamp! 🙂

  73. I love hot cocoa, sledding, cuddling in a blanket, the magic of Christmas, the beautiful sounds, watching the snow fall…….

    Love this set!!!

  74. Loving this set. Those snowflakes are superfun. We love that long day of sledding with the kids and coming home to either make a fire or sip hot chocolate with TONS of marshmallows.

  75. Gorgeous creations! It doesn't snow here but I love looking at the snowflakes up close and seeing their true beauty. The only time I've really done this was from inside a car in Canada in 2006. I loved it.

  76. I love snow! Everything looks fresh. I enjoy watching it fall, going for walks or a "snow drive" in the country. Awesome creations all, I need this set!

  77. That yummy snowflakes make me crave for snow!!! My favorite thing about snow is watching it fall silently in the night, opening the window and being amazed at the stillness out there. It doesn't snow a lot in Madrid because of the pollution, but when it does and the snow is still untouched, it's SO beautiful!

  78. What a fun set! Not much snow where I live now, but one of my best memories is of a time when I watched snow fall from inside a cabin while sitting by the fireplace with a delicious cup of tea.

  79. i guess i love how snow whites-out the world and i get a chance to see the marvelous winter sky against a plain white background. the sky has so many soft colors in the winter (gray, pale blue, lavender)i can appreciate them even more when there is snow!!

  80. I love the cards and projects – SO AWESOME!!!

I live in NYC and there is nothing like Christmas & snow in NYC. My hubby and 3 kids go urn into big kids when the snow comes. We go to Central Park and bring out sleds and roll down any hill we can find, snowball fights – girls against the boys….and then go and have Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup and hot chocolate!!! What fun!

  81. These cards are rockin' ladies!!! My favorite part of winter is well…..watching the snow from the inside and drinking egg nog lattes from Starbucks…..YAY WINTER!!!!!

  82. I love all this things you can do with snowflakes – such a versatile design – as pattern or focal point, and adaptable to so many techniques.

  83. I love winter because of all the nice blue/white snowman stuff that comes out at that time. Our Christmas dishes are the snowman ones from Target about 4 years ago.

As far as actual winter stuff, you know non-retail stuff, is bundling up in scarves and cute hats.

  84. Wow gorgeous projects by the design team. LOVE THEM!!!! I love the snow because its rare around here and I can go about an hour up the road and play in it. We have so much fun. I love it because we create so many memories!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Loving this set!!! R u trying to bust my CC Kelly? lol

  85. Love all the fun designs from the DT! Love all those cute flakes 🙂 One of my favorite things about snow is the sound it makes when you walk on it 😉 Goofy, I know, but it seriously makes the coolest crunching sound!!

  86. omgosh.. i love it!!!! soooo cute!!!!

what i love to do in the winter?? Baking!!! hate to do it in the summer.. its HOTT in south texas!!

    felkatz at gmail dot com

  87. All the projects are fabulous and the snow flakes are great. I love the way almost every designer used beautiful shades of blue on their projects.

  88. Love the stamps! My favorite thing about winter is Christmas. Family, friends, Jesus, lights, Christmas songs, I love it all! As a fellow So Cali, I don't get to see snow enough..
