Hello and welcome to the first post of Lawn Fawn’s September Inspiration Week week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring five stamp sets, dies and the Snow Day paper collection, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

Today is our showcase of Joy to the Woods and its coordinating dies!  The design team has made the most amazing samples!  We also have a video at the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using these products !

Nichol‘s shaker card is gorgeous! I adore how she layered the vellum over some of the birch trees! Brilliant!

I love how Yainea‘s card opens! This is such a cool way to reveal a greeting, and I love the chipmunk climbing the tree! Stunning!

We have an announcement! Our friend Nicole has joined the Lawn Fawn design team! Woohoo! We are so excited to have her and this gorgeous card from her, too! The Stitched Hillside Border dies are the perfect companion to Joy to the Woods!

Lynnette‘s card is gorgeous! I love how she created a patterned paper layer on the top with the Hillside Border dies. It looks so cool!

Elena‘s card is so beautiful, and I love how the Bannerific bird is holding a string of ornaments! Her little white dots are so fun, too!

I love how Chari used all of the small elements in the set with the Snow Day paper to get a totally different look! This card is so gorgeous!

Kim‘s card is perfect for mass producing! I love the fun colors and the one layer! So clean and classic!

Latisha‘s card is so pretty! I love how she used the Woodgrain Notecard and Sweater Weather paper for a holiday card! The Hot Cocoa Lawn Trimmings is the perfect finishing touch for this cute card!

  1. I absolutely adore these stamps and dies. What a beautiful job the ladies have done showcasing them. I love the trees SO much. Love the critters and the ornaments. What perfect Christmas and winter cards. They are just beautiful. What made me joyful today was calling my sister and inviting her over for supper tomorrow and she accepted. We haven't seen each other for a couple months. Thank you also so very much for the chance to win you're beautiful products.

  2. I love the art direction of this stamp set. it's not as cutesy but more heirloom, if that makes any sense. I love the use of vellum in order to give it a haze of snow. great job again ladies!!

  12. In the beginning I didn't like the set so much. But the more I saw the set and saw cards made with it, the more I like this set. Now I have so many ideas with it! Thank you for the inspiration and the design team made wonderful cards again.

  26. What a fabulous start to inspiring fall, winter and Christmas card making! I love all the examples…the copic coloring is so beautiful!
    I have been hesitant to give my husband a home made card (although he supports my paper crafting passion with much patience as I show him my work and ask his opinion) but today I found much joy in making a special anniversary card to give him next week 🙂

  35. Today is the first day in over six weeks that I have had to myself. That made me joyful!!!!! I took advantage and did some craft! Yay! Love these cards and the concepts in them. Really like how they are not all Christmas cards but fit other themes too. Still adore that little fox.

Well, my volunteering at my daughter's school got called off today because of rain 🙁 – but I'm looking at it on the bright side…some time to catch up at home and hopefully have some crafty time. 🙂 AND – it's Friday, so looking ahead to some family time!

  87. Wow, these cards are so amazing!! My son broke his arm really bad last Friday and we didn't know if he was going to need surgery. He had a follow up appointment with an Ortho. doctor who said he was healing great and he doesn't need surgery, that made me really joyful!!

  124. Okay, this stamp set is seriously adorable and I absolutely must have it!!! And this design team has won me over with all of their absolutely incredible creations!! The dimension that can be created with the trees and super versatile hill die blows me away–I feel as if I can almost see through the woods and into this magical little woodland wonderland! 🙂 So much marvelous inspiration, I can hardly wait to get this set and I can achieve even half of the awesomeness the wonderful dt did with it, then I will be using it for my Christmas cards this year!! thank you so much for all you do! The world would be a less bright place without Lawn Fawn, that's for sure! 🙂

    well for me it nice warm weather…we had quite warm days for this time of the year in the Netherlands..and today it was the first day since 2 weeks it started with fog and cold….and later on the sun came out and it became nice and warm…love the sun!

  144. I'm feeling joyful because it's opening night for my show. I'm playing the Stepmother in Into the Woods at a local theatre. This is such a cute set. I love the birch trees and the darling animals. It's showcased beautifully with all these great projects!

  150. Love the stamps! Just bought my first set at LSS and have been looking around Pinterest for ideas. So enjoyed the videos. I am truly happy when things don't work out on the tennis courts, and I can sit down with a few stamps and markers, and play!!
    (PS I just might have to invest in the dies, too!)

  179. I am a Senior Caregiver. Working with my 95-year old legally blind client today made me joyful! She still lives alone and amazes me every time I am with her!

I woke up in the arms of my amazing (and handsome) husband looking at the glorios ocean right out of our bedroom window – how could it possibly get any better?   228. What a sweet and charming Stamp Set and matching Dies! I Love seeing all the different cards and their levels of either simple or complex. So colorful, too! What made me joyful today is the fact that our Daytime High was only in the 50's, this normally would make me so sad, but I put on my newly knitted Cowl (and my Sweater Vest) and I went on a Yawn Crawl. To see, touch, smell, and feel all the New Wool Yarns made me so Joyful. You couldn't do this with 90 degree weather. And I purchased some Yak Yarn from Tibet and I can't wait to get that on my Knitting Needles.

  292. This is the sweetest little set! I love all the critters, but the fox is my favorite. The birch trees are perfect and I love that the set has coordinating dies. That is such a HUGE help when creating scenes. The DT samples are just gorgeous!

  388. Joy To The Woods is SO CUTE – each an every project created with it is sure to bring a smile and joy to the recipient!!!
    We care for my Mother-In-Law who suffers dementia and is nearly blind and each day is a challenge, so it was a joy when she ate all of meals and we had some quiet time together today 🙂
