Lawn Fawn Video {7.8.21} Mindy’s Tropical Center Picture Window Card

Mindy’s tropical Center Picture Window Card has a very unique look! She started with Cilantro cardstock which she inked with Jalapeno and Noble Fir inks. Then using the Tropical Leaves Background Stencils she inked up the leaves using Yeti ink to create the soft effect.

She continued the inking and stenciling on the inside of the card, where all the “wild” critters hang out!

Lawn Fawn Video {7.1.21} Marine’s Tropical Drink Shaker Card

Today, Marine is whisking us away to a tropical island for a sweet, strawberry cocktail! She created a super clever shaker card with a decidedly tropical vibe! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Marine combined little elements from lots of sets to create the look of a strawberry drink! Be sure to check out the supply list below to see which sets she used. You may already have most of these sets in your stash!

For the backdrop, Marine created the look of a tiki bar! She cut Simple Stripes: Landscape from Paper Bag cardstock and inked up the edges of each stripe to create a vintage worn wood look. Then she held the stripes together with washi tape to add the Tropical Leaves Background Stencils!

Marine used the How You Bean? mason jar as the base for her cocktail. It has a Shaker Add-On die to make assembling the shaker element a snap! The final touch was adding the Simply Celebrate Summer sentiment!
